خدمات الموظفين سيئة نوعا ما مع الزبناء

بنك لديه مشكل خط الشبكة أو الانترنيت معطل اغلب الاوقات، وقت انتظار طويل داخل البنك لقضاء ابسط العمليات، المستخدمين الشباب بالبنك ليسوا بالمستوى المطلوب، لا توجد أبناك كافية ( عدد قليل و غير كافي للحضور و العمل كبنك ) ...

One lazy worker for thousands of requests ! This agency is ridiculous! they always have network problems 🙆🏽‍♂🤦🏽‍♂

No services at all. You go there and come back with nothing at all. Less than zero indeed

There's only one employee working well here, the others are so angry and yelling on the customers.
One of them told me to put away my phone while I was seeing my bank application (there's nothing on the wall written that the use of a mobile phone is forbidden, in some cases you need your phone to complete the operation). Then yelling at me cause I took 20 seconds to read the sheet of paper before putting my signature. And there not afraid of reclamations he said.
Choose another bank or at least find another agency.

If it there’s a half star i would chose it , welcome to the most slowest bank in the whole planet

I open my account two weeks ago and you told me that I will receive a message to take my credit card after one week , I am still waiting after two weeks .......

Service nul, on te donne même pas le temps pour répondre à vos questions.. guichet automatique souvent en panne et quand on demande quand est-ce qu’il sera opérationnel .. pas de réponse pour certains et pour d’autres « ça ne fonctionnera jamais Madame, va à Sala Al Jadida.. » .. je ne recommande pas

Mauvaise service 👎👎👎👎

Une agence pleine à craquer avec trois agents complétement dépassés, sans parler de service et le directeur prétentieux qui se prend pour le propriétaire de l'agence.

الموظفين في هذه الوكالة وجب إعادة تكوينهم في كيفية التعامل مع الزبائن .. خدمة جد رديئة ..

تعامل دون المستوى تحت الصفر ،عدم إحترام الموظفين للزبائن، الشباك الاوتوماتيكي دائما معطل...،
