I really liked the ancient village of Bab Oudayas. It is within the walled medina and people still live in the houses. The doors to the houses are very interesting. They are very well kept and a symbol of your house. The door should be well kept and beautiful. If you notice in a couple pictures there is a bottle with yellow water in it. This is not what you think. It is water with curry and it serves to keep the cats away. Cats do not like it all. There are many cats in the Bab so this is very helpful.

It's A historic district of Rabat has been beautifully restored. In front of the outer door, there are superb staircases and a green space which enhance its charm.
Once inside, it is possible to enjoy a one-hour stroll through picturesque alleys, thus offering an exceptional view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Oued Abouregrag and there are also a few souvenir shops.
This place is undeniably a place that you absolutely have to discover.

Un quartier historique de Rabat a été magnifiquement restauré. En face de la porte extérieure, se dressent de superbes escaliers et un espace vert qui rehaussent son charme.
Une fois à l'intérieur, il est possible de savourer une balade d'une heure à travers des ruelles pittoresques, offrant ainsi une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan Atlantique et l'Oued Abouregrag et on trouve aussi quelques magasins de souvenirs.
Cet endroit est indéniablement un lieu qu'il faut absolument découvrir.

Das Tor "Bab Oudayas" mit der weiterführenden Stadtmauer wurde sehr schön erhalten. Die Muster sind so wie an vielen Gebäuden sehr schön ausgeprägt. Wir haben den oberen Eingang in die alte Medina von Rabat gewählt, da wir direkt vor dem Tor einen Parkplatz bekommen haben.

Un endroit à visiter à Rabat, de ruelles calmes bien entretenus, très photogénique.

C'est un lieu historique, très belle vue sur mer , pouvoir se balader dans la vieille ville et ses petites ruelles, ses vieilles maisons pleines d'histoire, sans oublier les artisans qui vendent leurs beaux produits , je vous conseille de visiter si vous passez à Rabat

المكان جميل وساحر ، الافضل تزوروه بالنهار لكن بكل حالاته مليء بالاصالة ورائع يذكرك بالتاريخ الغربي ويعزز الانتماء.
