We had an amazing experience! Upon entry, the staff were extremely kind and the decor was warm and inviting.
Food was delicious! The flavors and the textures of every dish are composed masterfully

The hotel, the staff, the location… absolutely amazing. We’ve spent Xmas here with the family and we’ve had an amazing lunch next to the farm. Spa was good, beds very comfy.

The cleaning was not amazing. I’ve dropped some crème on the counter in my bathroom and I noticed that they didn’t whipe the counter (was still a bit greasy, the way I left it). For being in the superior suite, you’d expect superior cleaning.

The band is also not the best. The first evening it was ok, the second evening was really not so great. They are not in harmony with each other at all. There’s also not a technician who sets the tuning correctly. For the level of hotel this is a major point of improvement.

The breakfast is also a small point of improvement. I’m sure you can level it up a bit.

Yassine, the waiter of the bar, is a real superstar. Very kind, attentive and he took great care of us. A real sunshine. But overall all the staff was really amazing.

This is more than just a hotel, this is a superbe alpine style resort with heart stunning decor and construction, it is the epitome of perfection, I would highly recommend you make a stop here and make it part of your Moroccan journey. it’s more than a stay, it’s an experience that will touch your senses and you’ll remember forever.

Anyone knows how to book a table at the restaurant of this hotel? I called 5 times and the reception said she cannot give me the number of the restaurant because its a "private number ". Normally, a restaurant in this kind of hotel should have a number that you can call to make a booking?

One of the best experiences I have had with a hotel. Close proximity to town and in a beautiful location. The staff was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. We will be coming back on our next trip!

Wow! What a great experience! My family and stayed for few days and we felt we could have stayed a lot longer. The property is amazing, the service was wonderful and creative.
Everything was kind to us and the kids. We didn't want to go explore the town, we just wanted to stay inside this gorgeous estate.

In general , it was very good experience there . I liked the territory of hotel with own forest where you can eat tagine 😍. Have own farm with happy animals ! Spa, indoor heated swimming pool, gym area , restaurants -everything was good ! Clean room. For breakfast I didn’t find smth special . Normal , tasty food . Stuff is very kind and welcoming

We arrived to this hotel almost randomly on our way from merzouga to tanger. It is just amazing, one of the best hotels we have ever been, the staff is also outstanding. I can only recommend it, I will be back for sure.

It's the most wonderful place to relax and restore your energy.
Calm and quiet environment makes you so peaceful.
The pool in the summer was great we had a great time swimming at it.
The services are bit expensive but that is -I think- is most suitable for such a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful and luxury hotel and resort in Ifrane, Morocco. At Michlifen every detail is to perfection, from the hotel rooms to restaurants to the pool and spa area. Here one can enjoy every minute of your time. This is a highly recommend hotel. I will come back here next time in Ifrane.

I had a room a view which was very nice. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the food was a mazing. A small farm is attached to it with some animals and nice seating areas in the woods. A local lady was around baking fresh bread and serving Moroccan tea which I felt was lovely.

Fantastic resort. Luxury glorified with a Moroccan touch. Wonderful architecture,top-notch Spa, excellent French Gastronomy (Cedray restaurant). Very friendly staff.
However the service is somehow below the expected standards for a Palace of this kind. To be improved....

My money well spent. Amazing hotel,staff , location and hospitality.
Absolutely clean and amazing high standards.
We got fresh fruit and water delivered daily to our suite.
The manager ,Rashid went above and beyond with all our requests. Out driver ,Abdul Rahim was always punctual,polite and very friendly despite the language barrier.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We did enjoy an afternoon inside the hotel. Everything was good, clean and quiet. It is a good place to forget the work's stress.
During the night you can walk and enjoy the best town in Morocco for people looking for green spaces.
