Sania plage is a resort. Im loving my time here. Let me explain. First let's talk about the beach. The waves are amazing and the beach is clean not like the other beaches in Morocco. The park is child friendly and there is a tennis court. Of course There is a swimming pool. Actually there's 2. Well most of the houses are under construction, but I think that it's going to be very good. And the houses are amazing in the inside there is a kitchen and a living room and two rooms (in the house I'm in). Thank you for your concern.
Edit:
So there are many new built houses and there's a new café called chiringhito, it's amazing they have delicious coffee and fast food. The resort has improved from my last visit, security is better (don't worry they work for 24 hours and there are cameras).
(Btw i forgot to add this before the edit, there's also a park and a tennis pitch,I forgot what's the place to play tennis).

Great place, big pools, very clean and spacious. 1min walk to the beach.

People there need to learn how to deal with guests
Otherwise all is amazing

Buen sitio para pasar vacaciones serca del mar y también tiene pectina ,un lugar my tranquilo para la gente que buscan tranquilidad y tiene el mejor ambiente que puedes imaginar, casas my limpias y buen ordenadas les aconsejo que lo visiten .

Cool sympa mais trop de procédure pour y accéder à chaque fois que tu sort faire des courses voir la possibilité des macarons magnétique

Es una especie de urba que está muy bien para pasar unos días, hay una tienda y un chiringuito, la tienda tiene un poco de todo y súper amables y hablan castellano, el chiringuito no tanto y la comida muy pobre y muy cara .

Résidence touristique sécurisée 24/24, bien entretenu avec un accès direct à la plage. L´une des meilleures résidences avec son style familiale, nécessite un peu de verdure mais en globalement bien pour une famille ou un couple qui cherche le soleil et la tranquillité. 10min de mdiq et 15min de fnideq et à 2 min de l´autoroute vers Tétouan.
