A beautiful gem of a hotel - quiet and relaxing. The panoramic view of the oasis of calm was definitely topnotch. The staff Ayman was professional, attentive and incredibly kind, and he just made my entire Morocco experience much more enjoyable & memorable.

Lovely hotel to stay in. The staff are very friendly. Naoufal and Nouhaila at the reception both have the most amazing smile and so friendly and kind ready to help with everything. The breakfast was a little difficult as there is no menu. However yassmine was very helpful and made sure we had a good breakfast by bringing lots of different dishes for us to try. Only downside is the cats kept coming into the dining area. However yassmina made sure he chased them out as he knew I have a phobia with cats.

Totally relaxing, great weather (even I winter), welcoming and friendly employees. Ideal to spend a few days to chill out, relax, re-energise and indulge in both Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine. The hotel has a well-equipped gym, fantastic spa and a pristine beach, which is great for walks and jogging. Rooms are fresh and extremely clean and there is a distinct scent through out the resort and public areas. Breakfast is super and offers lots of variety, fresh fruit, juice, fish and other local delicacies. Just a couple of hours away from London (Heathrow or Stansted), it makes it an ideal gateway destination, I highly recommend it.

The hotel restaurant exceeded all our expectations. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and efficient, and the ambiance was delightful. We enjoyed every meal and highly recommend other guests to indulge in this exceptional culinary experience.

Our stay at the beautiful hotel was made extra special by the warm hospitality of the staff.
Starting with cleaning lady Rabia Fizaka was so gracious and did a thorough job. We communicated using Google translate and she made sure things were addressed to my satisfaction.
I was especially touched by hostess Wafae at the restaurant who would not leave my side as I had a coughing bout feeling under the weather. She ordered a warm blanket, hot tea and delivered everything to the table. Throughout my time at the brunch she kept checking on me
I tripped in the dark and was helped by Rahal. He also reported to guest services who sent a topical spray to my room and checked on my well being with a follow up phone call
Najoua at the spa was amazing and always took the time to answer all my questions
Fatima Zohra and Mariam in management were always gracious and helpful
We are leaving Morocco touched by its beauty, rich culture, history and hospitable people.

We truly enjoyed the property, and the Oud smells around the property. The Rooms and amenties were top notch. I would say that although service was impeccable, some of the room service was in consistent. -- not a bad thing at all, just we didn't know what to expect -- for example: HouseKeeping timing, sometimes we'd be given a couple of cookies, and fruit, then sometimes not. Some evenings we had the slippers, and water replenished in the evening, and sometimes not. And we were "guessing" or trying to guess if housekeeping had come to our room or not. The housekeeping service quality was amazing! Just that the timing and expectations for the service felt inconsistent. :) Overall it was an amazing stay. We will return with the family :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach and Spa, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay.

The front desk staff were not only efficient in checking me in, but they also took the time to provide me with information about the hotel's amenities and the local area. Their knowledge and willingness to assist were truly appreciated.

The housekeeping team, led by the kind room service ladies, maintained my room impeccably throughout my stay, and I was consistently impressed with the attention to detail. The room was always clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities.

The restaurant staff, including Mounaim and Mohammed Lqers as the breakfast managers and Ayoub, the very nice and helpful waiter, were equally exceptional. The breakfast buffet was a delight, and the waitstaff ensured that I had everything I needed to start my day off right. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, where Chef Ahmed's culinary expertise shone through, made even more enjoyable by the attentive service provided by Othmane and Yassir.

The door man and valet man, whose names I unfortunately didn't catch, were always on hand to assist with a warm smile and quick service.

The spa and wellness staff added to the overall luxury of the stay. Their expertise and dedication to ensuring a relaxing experience were evident in every treatment and interaction.

In summary, the staff at Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach and Spa, including Mounaim, Mohammed Lqers, Ayoub, Chef Ahmed, Othmane, Yassir, the door man, the valet man, and the kind room service ladies, went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a superb getaway. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

Staying here as been one of the best experiences ever. The location of the hotel overlooking the sea is stunning. Staff are very polite and attentive and Naful was very helpful in organising transport for us. Rooms very spacious and clean.

I enjoyed several treatments in the Spa. The staff were so attentive and accommodating to someone who is fitted with an ICD. Fatima was exceptionally good and careful with my treatment in the Spa because of my pacemaker. They planned all my treatment with my disability in mind.

The restaurant staff were attentive and polite. Mounairm took care of us every day making sure all our dietary requirements were taken care of. Large variety of cuisine to choose from. All the staff were very accommodating.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

This an amazing place to go and the employees were so friendly! I got a great welcome at the reception by Naoufal and his colleague.
Especially Ibtissam is a great bartender and hostess, I feeled at home.
The breakfast is also a delight and what a view 😍

This resort is incredible. The attention to detail is next level. Every need is accounted for and thought of in advance. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Staff in the restaurant are so thoughtful - shout out to Achraf and Hesham. Particularly enjoyed the hammam experience at the on-site spa with Fatima and Zahara. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We went to one of the hotel’s restaurants to celebrate a birthday and the experience was great . The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and cocktails . Staff are extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about your experience, specially the manager “Ayoub” who was nice and pleasant , and very professional at the same time
