OZ Palace Ouarzazate

This is like a true oasis in the desert!!!
Spectacular place. Very refined. The gardens are some of the best I have enjoyed in a while. Our room is amazing and so is the rest of the building. Only downside is that there’s nowhere to go by foot nearby.

Such a beautiful place ! Worth visiting, calm and peaceful, clean, staff are very nice - really enjoyed the stay :)

This was my first time in morocco. This place is by far the most pleasant, clean, courteous, and everything else you wish. Highly recommended. Staff is very friendly, hotel is super clean, well maintained and welcoming. Was super surprised, but very satisfied. Every corner have a different item that captivate your imagination. Lots of antiques and history of Moroccan’s displays. A true gam in the middle of Morocco. we came here for two weeks and this is one of the best hotel we stayed in. Easy access in and out, heavenly atmosphere. if you truly want to enjoy your experience in Morocco, you must visit this place , I promise you will not regret. I know we didn’t.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Fantastic hotel in the traditional Morroco style. My wife and son had a magical time in the beautiful palace and it's stunning grounds.

This is a place to relax, read, swim, yoga, etc.

Breakfast and Dinner, while limited in choice are both excellent. Alcohol is served at UK prices.

The location could be better, nothing much in walking distance of the hotel but then the hotel is so good that more than makes up for it.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very willing to discuss local culture and history.

First of all: Again a really big thank you(!!!) from Switzerland. When we came to Ouazazarte, we were exhausted from our long trip on the roads and looking for a nice place to stay for the night. It was a coincidence that we came along the hotel and it immediately gained our attention because of the impressive look of the building. We knew this has to be the place, knocked, and found the oasis we were looking for. The people there gave us such a nice and warm welcome and we got the most beautiful room we could imagine. The look into the garden (it really is an oasis) from the balcony was wonderful, and the big bathroom invited us with a great mosaic design. The night was so relaxing and the bed so big, that it was a hard challenge not to sleep forever ;) The following breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our stay in every way. But what made us happy the most, was the friendliness of all the people we met there. The warmest greetings to you!
Although we still have a long way to travel, we will especially remember this exceptional stay and can hereby only recommend it to all the following people!

We have just returned from another stay at our favourite Riad in Morocco (we won’t go anywhere else and once you visit it you know what I am talking about!) and have had yet another faultless and amazing time. This is a beautiful Riad with THE BEST architectural and interior design I have ever seen. I have stayed in many places in Morocco but if you want to see the real Morocco and meet the local this is THE PLACE.
The staff take so much time and effort to make our stay truly wonderful from the moment we arrive there are so many thoughtful touches, from the friendly smiles and ‘welcome backs’ to beautifully prepared and welcoming rooms with little touches like flowers- The food was so delicious from couscous and tagines and more and if you are not a big fan of the Moroccan food there is so many choices of cuisine in stunning restaurants and they have a lovely bar. HUGE shootouts to Jaoud who always go the extra ten thousand miles to help with reservations, checking in to see if you need anything and just generally being so amazing at what he does, Also fadma the housekeeper who helped with anything we asked and always with a friendly smile and a little joke. I am continually blown away with how this Riad is run and managed and the attention to detail on everything. Thank you so much everyone for another beautiful stay - we are already looking forward to seeing you all again soon! xx

Where do I even begin. If you are looking for a sign on what hotel to stay at whilst In ouarzazate , then let this be it.
Oz palace was extraordinary. It took the Hotel experience and customer service level beyond a level I knew even existed.
From the second our Car arrived outside the front door, we were greeted by amazing team members who were happy to see us. They immediately helped us with our bags and took them straight to our room. We were taken care of by several staff members from the second our Car door opened to being escorted up to our room. Every single team members was incredibly kind, caring and welcoming. A special shoutout to the receptionist who gave us all the fantastic tips for things to do Around Ouarzazate and for explaining all the features of our room and hotel.

The rooms were very spacious, incredibly clean and well stocked up. They had drinking water, mini fridge and Toiletries.
We had a beautiful view of the Pool, Atlas Mountains and the palm trees. Incredibly view to wake up to.

The attention to detail by Room service was absolutely amazing !! We had all of our Toiletries topped up every day, new towels everyday, fresh sheets every 2 days, all our belongs neatly organised and bathroom cleaned.

The cleanliness of the hotel overall is remarkable. Every single little corner is perfectly cleaned and polished. There is staff attendants on every corner of the hotel making you feel welcomed and answering any questions you may have. Everyone in the hotel is happy and bubbly and they genuinely make you feel welcomed.

I could keep writing on and on about how incredible this hotel is and how much we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Oz palace. But I think I've given enough information to convince you this is the place to be. Best money we ever spent !
