Absolutely awful experience in Marrakesh. The property manager is incredibly rude and will try to scam you for things that are advertised as included in the rental, AFTER your reservation has been paid for, including a per usage charge for the pool, hammam, and jacuzzi. He also tried to retain an additional security deposit.
In addition, even though they advertise a kitchen they do not allow guests to bring any food or prepare their own meals. Be prepared to pay their chef or caterers for every single meal at exorbitant prices.
You’ll be better off staying at a nice hotel.
