Exquisite Riad! Beautiful place very well maintained and run by Laurence and her super staff!!
Rooms are a little small but very clean and comfortable.
The Rooftop breakfast is excellent and very quaint.
Also I would like to add that we ate one of the best couscous during our stay in Morocco, I strongly recommend you try it, it's absolutely worth it.

Laurence and her team provided a great experience for me and my wife. The staff, the breakfast, location, Essentially everything about this Riad was amazing. Truly lovely area and quiet. If you’re traveling to Marrakesh make sure to book here and you won’t regret it.

The staff is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Laurence and her team make you feel like you're staying at a guesthouse or an old family friends house rather than a hotel. I stayed here one week after the earthquake. For those concerned the building is structurally sound, no cracks. The design of the rooms is rustic and old world charm but with air conditioning and other hotel amenities. The location may seem out of the way but if you prefer quite at night it's great, other areas in Marrekech are loud at night.

It's best to prearrange your taxi with the hotel.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay here was - merci beaucoup to Laurence, Said and Soufiane for their gracious hospitality and making us feel so welcome. Starting each day with breakfast on the sunny terrace, and coming home every night to a quiet (no children!), spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated room. We hope to visit again in the future!

I want to thank Laurence (the women behind this jewel), Said and the staff from this unique charming petit Riad for making our stay unforgettable. Beautiful Riad very well located with excellent service. I spent 2 nights in Oct 2023. Laurence, the manager, welcomed me on the curb where the taxi trasfer from the airport - she had previously arranged for me - dropped me off (there is no car access to the Riad, like most buildings inside the Medina since the city was built many centuries ago).
We sat on the beautiful courtyard sipping tea as she explained the dynamics of this gorgeous and exotic city and the Riad. As she checked me in, I asked her if she would schedule a Hammam Scrub and massage for me. She did for later that afternoon and it was wonderful!
Breakfast was plenty and I had the choice to eat on the rooftop. My room was gorgeous, with a seating area and a huge bathroom. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of firm and soft pillows. The place was quiet and there is a parrot that whistles ocassionaly during the day.
The location is very close to the Bahia Palace and the Saadian Tombs (5 min walk to each of them) so I started my tour there, before I head back to the Riad for my Hammam session.
There are plenty of local shops, money exchange and restaurants to eat, shop or explore nearby - the Riad is 5 min walk toTinsmiths Square which is a hub for everything you might need . Jemaa el Afna (the main square in the Medina) is less than 10 min walk, and as Laurence, the GM, suggested, I explored several times at day and night. This is a must when in Marrakesh.
Check out was quick and easy. I must thank the night managers who were so quick to open the front door when I came late at night and offer me plenty of coffee during breakfast.
I Highly Recommend this Riad because its Excellent service, Great location and Affordable price. Very Good Value. If you are a runner like me , the nearby Av. Gemassa is perfect for an eary morning run!

This was the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The riad was so beautiful and so clean at the same time, I felt very comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and always friendly!

The night manager/bellboy/general do-everything-man is an absolute gem, he makes everything run smoothly with a smile. Highly recommended and we'll come back in a heartbeat.

This has to be the best Riad in town. The receptionist/bellboy/night manager is an absolute gem, and the rest of the staff are not behind. This is top class family run Riad in a great location to explore the old city.

Very warm welcome of the staff. Very helpful in all ways. Nice and cosy, nice breakfast. Comfortable room. Very nearby the Bahia Palace and the Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.

This Riad is just out of this world. Laurence, Allan and all the staff are so welcoming, the rooms are beautiful decorated, breakfast and dinner is incredible and it is so super clean. A friend and I spent 5 nights at the Riad and had a truly exceptional experience. It’s perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. However the true cherry on the cake is the staff - every single person was so welcoming and helpful, and absolutely no detail was overlooked. The property is stunning, a typical Moroccan Riad fully remodeled with impeccable taste and respect for original architecture and decoration.
Rooms are beautiful, bathrooms and amenities very pleasant, good internet and well located at walking distance to all main locations in Marrakech.

The location is the middle of the city but in a quiet area. It was very peaceful. and Yes!! it is very safe. I never once felt that I am not. The workers of the riad are top notch and very accommodating. They go above and beyond to help you. The place is clean, smells amazing and the breakfast is the best.

Such a great spot as an “intro” to Morocco! Amazing hospitality from Laurence and said (we loved the welcome teas in the evenings!). Very cute traditional rooms in the riad and beautiful rooftop patio.

We had a fabulous time staying here for 7 nights. Everything my we could have wanted was provided. Said provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were never disappointed. This was a last minute trip for us and so we had no excursions planned. We did two booked through Said and they were terrific. The hammam and massage are very reasonably priced and well worth doing. We will come back and will recommend to our friends.
