Stumbled upon the épicerie/spice shop while trying to find some affordable spices. It's located in this beautiful building within the Jewish quarter.

Most of the stores in the area upsell their goods, but this place had reasonable prices. For the Ras el Hanout, they sold it at 40 MAD per 100 g, which is half of what a lot of other vendors sell them for.

The shop owner was an incredibly kind man who let us smell all the herbs, showed us a few of the perfumes, and even demonstrated a headache remedy involving black cumin and crystalized eucalyptus essence.

They speak both English and French, so language wasn't a barrier.
