Hôtel Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc - All Inclusive - Marrakech

We have traveled a lot, many 5 Star resorts( mainly RIU), so we don’t understand negative reviews. This place is very clean, spotless! Food is fresh prepared, lots of variety for everyone! Entertainment team is so friendly and they work hard whole day for everyone’s pleasure, young and old. Lifeguards on each side of the pools, slides. They are so friendly, kind and helpful. Whole staff deserves all compliments for their dedication, hard work and kindness! Besides this, beautiful, green and colorful botanical garden. I couldn’t get enough of photographing beautiful flowers, birds, palm trees, orange trees full of fruit and so much more.
We stayed at family suite. Two big rooms, separated with door. Nice furniture, beautiful balcony, big bed( we like hard mattresses), good working fridge.
Reading all the negative reviews, I can only conclude that those are given by frustrated people that didn’t check out on time and had to pay extra(which is normal in every hotel), wanted to drink alcohol the whole day and came to rest by the activity pool, but are irritated with music and entertainment. They booked hotel with Aqua park which is full of youth and expect silence!
This hotel deserves, in my opinion 5 stars!Many hotels in other countries, like Turkey have 5 star classification and are not even near this resort !

The animation team was so amazing! Thanks to pickatchoo for showing me a different side of the hotel so I was able to experience the full resources, I enjoyed karaoke so much! The staff in the food area, Joudia and her friend were so lovely! I will definitely be returning to aqua mirage when I come back! THANK YOU ALL, I feel so loved

We stayed for a week myself, partner and our 2 year old. We had such a great time we tried to extend our stay but couldn't do so.

We arrived less than a week after the earthquake and everything was made to seem very normal the staff were absolutely fantastic. There was some damage to the corridors of room block and the restaurant but these were being fixed whilst we were there.

Big shout out to Bob the photographer and the lifeguards our little boy spent literally all day everyday at the waterpark and the staff couldn't have been any friendlier or helpful.

The food was good and there was usually a good variety. We had no issues at all regarding food which I was a bit cautious of before coming due to other reviews.

We got the shuttle bus on a few occasions into the city which was cheap and convenient. Just be aware the locals clock your all inclusive band straight away and try to show you where to find things in exchange for money but as always we were just a wee bit vigilant being in a different city.

We absolutely loved Morocco and the resort was outstanding! Their entertainment deserves a 6 out of 5, the variety of food is a 6 out of 5, and the service and the friendliness of staff is a 6 out of 5! The resort is big but the staff gets to know you, so you feel so welcome! There is so much to do for the kids from kids clubs to sport bar entertainment (good for the teenagers) football, golf, tennis etc so you can be sure that you (parents) will get plenty of alone time! The entertainment in the evenings is just outstanding both for adults and kids. We celebrated the NY here and the day was packed with activities! There was a parade and it was mesmerising, they served a lot of fish, oysters, crabs and mussels. I couldn’t believe this was all in the price! If there would a bit of advice I would say to have more healthy snacks at snack time like olives and nuts and perhaps some fruit. And the room can do with a little modernisation (upgrade of bathrooms and toilets) But the service, entertainment and food made up for that by a mile!

Highly recommended. The TripAdvisor reviews which quibble are from people who think they've paid a bit of money and expect the earth in return. All staff are hard working, friendly and always cleaning and servicing guests.

If you are considering a hotel and are happy with 4 star and the price point, don't hesitate.

Best part of the holidays at this location is "STAFF", they provide you super service and take good care of your requirements.
Food was delicious and variety every day so don't feel bored.
Entertainment was fun as they kept different shows to cater to all age groups.

I've had a fantastic holiday here at Aqua Mirage with my family. Unfortunately we were here when the earthquake hit and it was a very scary time, however I cannot praise the hotel staff enough. They all stayed with the guests making sure everyone was calm and safe. The best part of the week is the entertainment and the animation team. All the team are very friendly and cannot do anymore to make the holiday a great experience. The Michael Jackson show was incredible and is a must watched, the animation team are amazing dancers and work tirelessly all day and evening. I will certainly return with my family and share my experience with my family and friends.

We stayed at the AQI Aqua Mirage for our holiday. We booked it through TUI. This hotel has great facilities like Tennis courts, Football pitch, Swimming pool, Spa and Water park. They had a grand outdoor stage for evening entertainment. Food was good and variety of choices in the main restaurant. We also used Italian and Moroccon A la carte restaurant which are complimentary for 7 days stay. All the staff are very helpful and warm to us. Water park had a variety of water based rides. Hotel provides shuttle service to and from the city centre. Shuttle needs to be booked in advance and it is free at a particular time and payable for other times. We hired a car during our visit abd we used the onsite car parking which is free for guests.

My family and I loved staying here, it was our second visit.

The food options were even better than last year, and there was something for everyone - my family have very varied tastes but all were catered for.

The pools and slides were well maintained and the lifeguards were so lovely and patient, particularly with the children nervous about some of the big slides.

All the staff, literally everyone we met were so so nice and helpful. We'd happily return next year for a third visit.

We're heartbroken to see the news of the earthquake and the devastation it will be having on the lives of so many citizens and indeed your team members. We're supporting fundraising relief efforts from afar and making dua that it reaches those that need it most.

We booked this hotel with no expectation at all, from the moment we got here, the treatment we received was 1st class. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool areas were fantastic and the animation team were so entertaining and always got everyone involved. There is so much for the kids to do and also the adults too. The aqua park is massive with plenty of bed and slides for everyone. I would 100% go back to this hotel. Also WiFi is available all over the complex.

I had an excellent time at aquamirage. I was particularly impressed by the entertainment team and the kids club. There was one standout member of the entertainment team who I remember by name (Mimi), she was very good with both of my children and incredibly friendly. She made our holiday and absolute joy and we intend to go back to the hotel soon mainly because of this. Thanks again Mimi.

Best hotel resort i have ever visited. Enough to do within the resort that you don't wanna leave . I recommend visiting. The staff are super nice and very helpful.

We chose the hotel for a holiday for three generations of family members, 10 of us in total. The family friendly vibe is clear from arrival. The entertainment team are fantastic and get you involved in all the day time and evening activities. They are happy to answer questions and queries and generally ensure you are having a great time. The waiting staff cannot help you enough, and made sure we had a table every night. We will be back again!

We have enjoyed two weeks of full on fun for the kids and relaxation for the adults. The room was spacious with two single beds in each room rather than sofa bed we expected which was lovely. Any issues we have had was resolved same day by the appropriate team. The staff constantly working from morning till evening ensure the grounds and hotel is kept clean and tidy. The entertainment staff are amazing and the variety of food is above and beyond the restaurant and bar staff are so lovely and always on hand to ensure you have all you need when you are eating. The water park along with football activities etc were just what the kids needed. Not far from City with shuttle bus from Hotel

Cannot fault this place. The entertainment great & we went in off peak time, The michael jackson show in particular was excellent & pool foam party really fun. The food was amazing & catered for all tastes,cooked fresh. Tui rep on site was reassuring & all travel to and from airport arranged and communicated well. Location is brilliant for visiting the city centre without being too close. Just to note we managed to get a taxi for four people cheaper than the on site coach into marrakech centre.
It ended up being far to hot to do many excursions but no problem as there's Lots to do here, with a waterpark on site, two other pools including a quiet adult only one. Football, volley ball & basketball pitches. Kids club & the spa we didn't use but we're available.

My first visit to Marrakesh. Nothing prepared me for the wonderful welcome, hospitality and cleanliness of the entire site. Very wide variety of food. Something for everyone. Nothing is to much trouble for the waiters. Entertainment every day. Fantastic rooms wonderful gardens. 3 pools on for adults only and quiet. Everything free and unlimited except for ice creams in the snack bars. Gym, shop, change your money. Free wifi. Shuttle bus into town approx 25 mins away £3 per trip. Will be coming back next year. Loved every moment of our stay.
