Boutique hotel Palais Masandoia

We arrived as a group of three families and literally we were the only customers for the night. The manger greeted us at the gate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a great experience at a true desert jewel.

A stunning hotel that deserves your visit! Rooms are spacious, clean and perfect. The people working here are very friendly. It is a quiet hotel with two swimming pools and a beautiful garden. And not to forget, the food served by the lovely people is delicious. Loved it and can recommend it for when you are in the region (going to the sanddunes for example). We were here for work and also for that the hotel is more than suitable. Thank you for the stay!

Truly a 5-star hotel. Gorgeous rooms, grounds and facilities. The service was absolutely top-notch, meals were delicious. Outdoor and indoor pools were so inviting. There’s a spa
as well, but we didn’t have time enough to take advantage. Really lovely property.

Samira the Manager was exceptional. She even upgraded our room. The staff were very friendly. I wish we had stayed there more than a day. The facilities are superb. Very impressed with the service and the staff.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the desert, decor is absolutely stunning and the staff are extremely friendly. The manager Mohamed bent over backwards to ensure our stay was amazing. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Beautiful resort. Staff was wonderful, especially the new manager. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. A luxury must before heading to the desert!

Établissement intimiste, avec beaucoup de charme. Personnel attentionné.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet oasis de calme après Merzouga et son désert.

Un coup de coeur! Nous avons fait plusieurs hotels au Maroc et le Mansandoïa est magnifique! Le staff est courtois et efficace, la chambre très belle et très propre, restaurant gastronomique (le meilleur repas du voyage). Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.. une prochaine fois j’espère!!!
