Dollar Car Rental

i paid full insurance in the desk upon returning the car they found a small scratch and said don't worry ur insurance will cover only to find out after coming back to Dubai that they charged my deposit and refusing to returning until date , i spoke to customer service and sent emails they said they will deduct a small amount and return the rest, it has been 25 days ??!!!! i rent cars all over the world unfortunately the renting experience in my home country is the worst so far. Am still waiting for an update on my deposit, but i wouldn't advise anyone to deal with them it was a big mistake.

Do not rent from these thieves. They are the same people with hertz and trying to cheat you and steal your deposit. I'm writing my story in hertz comments. Everything there applies here.
