Relax Hôtel Airport Nouaceur

This stay was part of a 10 hour layover and Royal Air Maroc offers free accommodation for such cases. There were several passengers, therefore it was understandable that the rooms were not ready as soon as we arrived. We were offered a continental breakfast. My only suggestion is that an alternative to white bread could be available.
The customer service was great. The people were polite. The rooms were clean. Lunch was tuna and tumeric rice with a lovely tomato and olive sauce. Very good. The shuttle back was on time to get us checked in and ready for the next part of the journey.

The hotel was nice. The staff was nice as well Samir the security guard was equally very kind and helpful. Mohamed the porter was helpful as well. Moustapha did a great job with handling the crowds of people that were at the front desk all on his own and made sure my room was up to par after I complained about a few things.

Omg, this was an awesome 2nd time experience!! ❤🥰❤ I had trouble reaching someone by phone at the hotel, so I sent messages to hotel thru the app and someone from guest relation called me immediately to resolve the issue, that was IMPRESSIVE, she gave me her direct number to contact for any further issues i may have, and that made me feel valued as a customer. When you are traveling alone, kindness is important for a solo traveler to feel safe and secure. They gave me the best suite they had to offer, the staff all catered to me with so much kindness and love ❤ i was so overwhelmed with happiness 😊. My guest said to me, "we will come here from now on, nowhere else," and I agree. You have no idea how important kindness is when traveling alone to a foreign country. I must admit, my first time experience was not so great, but it was not horrible, or so bad that, I wouldn't at least give it a second chance and I am glad I did. They have definitely stepped up their game from the last time, and that is important.
The guest relation lady calling me directly just blew my mind, I have to give props for that alone. 🥰
I uploaded pics, and the room was awesome, clean, spacious, and plenty of towels. It was good. I would definitely recommend booking this location, especially since all the changes are being made. My faith is restored. 🌻💛🌻
Not to mention, this location is perfect because it's near the airport, and they have a shuttle service to pick you up and drop you off, which saves on taxi money. They are very affordable for a luxury hotel, although others are cheaper this one has more to offer and I like that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great over night stay for our layover to JFK. Service was great from the receptionist to the bellman Yussef. Yussef was very kind and helpful. The shuttle driver was helpful as well. We arrived and had a complimentary dinner. The only missing factor was no mint tea. That would have made the stay even better. But Alhamdulilah the room was clean and perfect for a nights stay.

Spend two amazing day at the hotel.
Was quite surprised by the size of the room, that is is really great.
The location was perfect for what I was looking for: close to the airport.
A plus for nice amenities, spa, massage, restaurant, shop and swimming pool.

Yousef is such an amazing person. He is super polite, works hard, and goes out of his way to help the clients residing in the hotel. I would also like to say thank you, Yousef, for holding the elevator door for me and my sister.

Stayed here after flight was delayed a day. Offered nice meals and a comfortable room. Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Zohair, working the front door was very enthusiastic.

IBRA Sow. Is such a wonderful individual. Without him I don’t know if we would have had such a smooth process. He made sure we ate and always double checked on us.

Mohammed the concierge was really nice. The first room we had wasn’t up to part so we changed rooms. The restaurant on site only serves one meal to everyone which was a 5/10.

Excellent value for the price. Rooms are large, clean, coffee machine. Hotel has a pool, meeting rooms, a spa, indoor and outdoor bar, free shuttle to the airport (5mn drive). Besides minor details (plug a little loose, some waiting at arrival due to computer problem...), I greatly recommend this hotel.

it is a beautiful hotel mashallah was able to navigate my way around as an english speaker easily because of the lovely staff like youssef, may allah bless them all

Our first time visit me and my wife at this Hotel located in good position. Just when we get there at the reception. They were two people very helpful. We had dinner fifteen minutes after. I really recommend this hotel because it clean and convenient location. Based on all these conveniences looks like has good management.
