TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Casablanca

I applied for a visa with the Italian department with the premium service. The best TLS centre I have visited. Had a good reception and the premium service was very good. Very comfortable and spacious waiting area and the manager offered drinks and a very good coffee. Was help in advance of my
reserved time and guided through the whole process. Very impressed by the lady who received us, which I assume was the floor manager. Personally had a very good experience.

Je leur ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour des questions et ils m'ont toujours répondu sans problèmes. Par contre il faudrai changer la manière dont vous répondez car on a l'impression de s'adresser à un robot plutôt qu'à un être humain, les réponses sont parfois abstraites.

Un excellent service. C'est la 1ère fois que je m'y rends vu que je vivais à l'étranger. Franchement, rien à dire. Bonne continuation.

Le staff est accueillant avec un grand sourire... un travail de professionnel.

EN GENERAL L,EQUIPE SUR PLACE EST ACCUEILLANTE EST SERVIABLE.
RESTE L.ORGANISATION EST UN PEU COMPLIQUÉE POUR LES DEMANDEURS DE VISAS.AUSSI LE LOCAL EST UN DERISOIRE.IL FAUT DES VRAIS BUREAUX POUR RENDRE LE SERVICE FLUIDE .LA SEULE CHOSE QUI BLOQUE PLUS C LE SYSTEME DES RDV ET LA CONEXION .C VRAIMENT COMPLIQUÉ.
A MON AVIS IL FAUT UN VRAI LOCAL SPACIEUX POUR FACILITER LES DEMARCHES POUR LES PERSONNES AGÉES ET ANALPHABETES.

Rendez-vous le 30 décembre j’espère avoir une bonne expérience. J’accompagne ma femme. Je vous tiens au courant. ATTENTION LE GPS INDIQUE UN MAUVAIS ENDROIT. TLSCONTACT DOIT ARRANGER CELA D’URGENCE. Je suis surpris et grandement satisfait par mon passage chez tls
21/1 est-ce normal que la demande de visa ne soit pas trouvée par l’application sur iPhone ? Si quelqu’un peut répondre ?
