Carré Français de Casablanca

A great place to chill out .. play some pool.. have a swim and a nice cold beer. A throwback to yesteryear with good old fashioned service and a colonial type atmosphere with lots of expatriates and a friendly smile at every turn.. free wifi a bonus

I was there during Christmas holidays with family.
We had a very nice room on the first floor of the Carré, with a little balcony.
The place is well decorated and with lots to do: a little swimming pool in the garden, a pool table on ground floor, a piano, games, fitness equipments...
We loved the food offered at the Carré, the cook is very nice and you can taste local dishes and of course local couscous! There is also a kitchen that can be used to prepare your own meal if you want to.
The place is perfect for everyone as they have shared rooms like in hostels that are not expensive, but also rooms that are suited for business travelers and families.
The team is amazing and they are working hard to please everyone and offer the best experience possible to each guest.
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay in Casablanca, or even just to have drinks during the evening.

Super cossy, relaxing and warm place. Stuff is super friendly and they understand English well. It has Sauna and Turkish bath and a swimming pool. The living rooms are perfect for either a friends gathering or for working alone. I really loves my stay and wished I could have stayed many more nights.

A cozy villa with multiple rooms and good for a long stay.Room are good and privacy is there.No much hassle in checking in.The staff at the reception her name is Queen was really really helpful.It’s a room with all budgets and am sure worth a try for who likes privacy!

Lovely staff helped me so much since it was first day in Casablanca. Met a lot of nice people traveling abroad like I was. The rooms were alright could been better. But the lounge room was amazing looked very cool and fancy. Oh and make sure to eat at the hostel they make the most delicious food. Say hi to the cat -whatsapp hehe

I had a great time while staying there. it was calm and clean and the host was vey nice and welcoming, and the services were superb.
I would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was included and you can sit in the garden and have a beer or glas of wine.

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean place with everything you need plus a great lounge, pool and sauna to hang out in. A simple Breakfast was included.

Amazing place. Decor is really nice. I had a running joke with the staff that it was a mini French colony in morocco lol

Le lieu parfait pour notre mariage ! Nous avons pu recevoir toute notre famille pour l'occasion au sein du Carré Français. Les chambres sont spacieuses, fonctionnelles, lumineuses et agréables. L' équipe est fantastique. Serviables, gentils, compréhensifs, à l'écoute, ils sont aux petits soins pour tous leurs invités. Ils ont su répondre à nos besoins et nos souhaits complexes afin de rendre notre séjour extraordinaire. Le lieu est calme, sécurisé, bien situé, à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer, et dans un très bon quartier de Casablanca.
Nous avons partagé des moments inoubliables dans cette maison et nous sommes très reconnaissants de l'accueil ainsi que l'accompagnement qu'ils nous ont réservé. Un grand merci !

多分植民地時代の金持ちの邸宅を利用した宿、広大なリビングにビリヤード台があったりプライベートジムがあったり、挙げ句の果てにプールまである。プチホテルの１室をドミトリーとしていて、ほぼ間違いなく元使用人の部屋。周囲の治安は悪くは無さそうだが、交通の便が悪いので早めの到着がベター。スタッフはほとんど英語を話せないので注意。

J'ai passé 4 nuits fin octobre 2018 au carré français, et j'en garde un très bon souvenir.
Je voyageais seule à Casablanca et le carré francais est une super auberge où rester. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, mention spéciale pour Irène et Ange qui ont tout fait pour m'arranger et rendre mon séjour agréable. L'ambiance est très chaleureuse et on a l'impression d'être en famille. C'est aussi un endroit sympa pour rencontrer d'autres voyageurs - les lieux communs comme le salon ou la terrasse sont très conviviaux.
La localisation est idéale. Entre les plages, les écoles de surf et la mosquée Hassan II. Nous ne sommes pas trop loin non plus du quartier Gauthier, du vieux port et de l'ancienne medina. Tout est à moins de 15 minutes avec un des petits taxis rouges de Casablanca.
Aussi l'hotel loue des vélos - une bonne manière de visiter la ville!
