First Car

Avoid this company at all costs! First Car, also known as Medousa Cars (the name on our paperwork), was a horrible experience for both drop off and pick up. Even though we booked online, to pick up the car took 90 minutes. We waited in the freezing cold of the Casablanca airport at 7am. Back and forth with paperwork, a mobile credit card processor, and licenses. Finally, the car wouldn’t start. We were given a second, banged up and unclean car. This car was completely on empty and we were directed to a petrol station.

To return the car, we were on time and in the stated area of the airport. It still took 40 mins for the rep to find us. Some calls were answered, some weren’t. Definitely the worst service from any car rental agency! Stay safe and go with a big name rental co for sure!

Arrived at the airport. Couldn’t find the pickup and called the office. They told us the car was no longer available. We did make a reservation and even did a deposit. They say the had emailed us the day before that the car was not available but we didn’t receive anything.

Now we’re stuck at Casablanca and they’re no longer answering the phone.

Absolute worst experience ever!!
