I recently stayed at this stunning riad and had the pleasure of meeting the exceptional Latifa. Her warmth and attention to detail truly made my stay unforgettable. The riad itself was a haven of tranquility, with intricate tile work, a lush courtyard, and comfortable rooms. It was our favorite stay from our two weeks in Morocco. The hospitality and delicious traditional meals added an extra layer of charm to my experience. I highly recommend this riad and commend the entire team here for their outstanding service.

Absolutely fantastic place! We went for a late lunch with 4 kids because of the comments on the chicken tajine, it was the best for us too! The chef is incredible and the service staff genuinely nice and chatty. The place is in mint condition, better than a museum, absolutely worth the visit!

Very very lovely coffee bar with a great terrace. You ring the bell for the entrance to riad and they show you the way to the terrace. The coffee is great. Youssef, thank you for serving us :) Would definitely recommend!

I loved everything about this Riad! The outside doesn’t look like much but the inside has so much class and so much character. It’s like a mini museum with artifacts all throughout the home.

The staff are wonderful people, especially Latifa. She was warm and welcoming, not to mention she is an incredible cook. I had the pleasure of eating her breakfast for three mornings. She uses the freshest ingredients in everything she makes.

The chicken tangine was the best I’ve had in my two weeks of being in Morocco. It was made was pears and apricots instead of orange.

My room was big enough for my girlfriend and I. It was very clean and felt just like home. The bath robes in the bathroom were an added bonus.

I would 100% return to this Riad

I was not staying in the hotel as a guest, but I found out this amazing place on google and I came to the cafe on the rooftop for a tea. I was delighted by the amazing 360• view in the heart of la Medina! super relaxing, I was alone in the terrace and the waiter and the person in the reception were so kind and attentive. they even helped me to print my boarding for free! (which is extremely strange in fez that you found someone doing something for “free” 🤣🤣). I for sure will consider to stay as a guest in this hotel on my next trip to Fez! I visited so many rooftop bars and restaurants in Fez since I love views, and this was the best place I found in Fez. Hightly recommended!

Fantastic place to escape the hustle and bustle of the Medina, beautiful decor with great views over the city. Also serves alcohol

Great terrace with 360* view on Medina.
We stopped in this riad for a tea which cost 30mad per person with sweet snack which was great and was worth it taking into account tranquility when in Medina . We didn't expected such a great terrace and view from it. Really great place to stay in riad overnight or just pop in when discovering Medina just to stop, relax and re charge your batteries.
Not sure about standards of rooms as just visited terrace but place overall looked like one of the top hotels in Fez.

Top notch riad in great quiet location, large rooms, and welcoming staff.

I found the service unparalleled in Morocco, the space was very quiet (unusual for Morocco and Fes), and the large rooms made the “blind” rooms (no outward facing windows) comfortable. There is a large well kept terrace to rest before bed taking in the sounds of the lively Médina.

The breakfast was always fresh and on time, although the same things each day. Dinner was fantastic, and for the general area reasonable priced (you can get much cheaper but will need to search to find it, outside of the tourist areas).

Staff was helpful in connecting with drivers and local guides that were qualified and provided honest and high quality service.

I would undoubtably recommend this riad to anyone who wishes.

Fantastic view! Excellent service! Good food! A magnificent 360 view of the city from a gorgeous terrace. Quite the find for when you're exhausted from scouting the hot and crowded streets.

We chose this place based on recommendations on TripAdvisor and Google maps... and it turned out to be more amazing than expected! Own by a French lady with style, she bought it from the Kettani family in 2013 and kept the name as a tribute, the place - that is 250 years old- was restored for over 3 years to become a big piece of ART! She has local people working with her as staff and they function as one family- so amazing to see! They have a FANTASTIC homey kitchen, all food is fresh and made on the spot in the most clean kitchen we have seen in Morocco (and that should not be taken for granted :) - and they can cater to specific needs or desires.
With that said, it is located in the east edge of the old Medina, in between tens of narrow streets THAT ARE NOT ON THE MAP, so no way you can find it without local guidance and it is hard to go in and out for excrutions. ALSO, pay attention to the type of room you reserve!

I was not a guest of this hotel, but we went there to have lunch. We found a very nice and well conserved riad, a splendid terrace and excellent food. 5 stars for the restaurant.

Fantastic, beautiful roof top cafe is available for drinks and snacks. Very peaceful, chirping birds and great views of Fes.

Absolutely beautiful riad! I took so many photos of the court. And love the dinner served, always very tasty and hearty with generous portion, and classy at the same time. Great hospitality and service and love the magnificent room!

Incredible owner and staff!!! The Riad is beautiful, confortable CLEAN rooms, wonderful breakfasts and dinners. There is a rooftop terrace that you can’t miss. The best part of this riad is the personal attention given to everyone there. They helped us with everything possible, from transport to day-trips and recommendations for seeing things in Fez.

We went to the rooftop and enjoyed the city view there! It’s very great and quiet! Staff are nice.

Stopped off here for lunch on the terrace. Not wheelchair accessible but great views and a lovely breeze.

Good food and prices were set out ahead of time.

A lovely gem in the Medina with lots of history, architectural and decorative details. Attentive service and delicious meals.

Stay 5 nights and enjoyed every moment, Latifa and the team are so kind and welcoming!
