Here's why I highly recommend this hotel in casa:

First and foremost, the hotel staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a gentleman at the reception who made me feel instantly at ease. He was very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had. Additionally, he kindly offered to park my car, which was greatly appreciated, especially considering the hotel's central location in downtown Casablanca where driving can be challenging.

When it comes to the facilities, I was delighted to find that the air conditioning in my room worked brilliantly. With the summer temperatures, having a cool and comfortable environment was essential, and the hotel certainly met my expectations in this regard. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, a testament to the staff's attention to detail and hygiene.

Lastly, I want to highlight how quickly I was able to access my room. After a long day of travel, it was nice to be able to relax in my room in no time. The hotel team was efficient and ensured a smooth check-in process.

In summary, this hôtel in Casablanca was an amazing experience. Cmon people what kind of hotel you expect for less than 30 dollars? I'll give it 5 stars for the money, you can't even buy food for 1 person for 30 dollars, and they even give me breakfast, if you want 5 stars then go pay $500 Dollars elsewhere and stop complaining about a 27 dollars room, JESUS!

Stayed for a week for business. The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly especially the front desk Umayma and Dunya. Breakfast is included, limited nice buffet. Internet is free.
The Hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious. the location is central not far from the city center.
The only I would say is they need to pay attention to same details, because that what usually makes the difference.
All in all I had a very nice stay, and i would stay there again in the future.

A very good hotel very close to the city center. You can reach it in 10 minutes walking. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. There is a little swimming pool on 1st floor in the spa area and a little gym. Reception is efficient and ready to assist you for every need.

Very Good location, near to tram station and old mediah, CTM, and voyager. Excellent and Nice English speaking Staff Specially the Amazing Lady Umaima on the reception in day time and Hamza in the evening are so helpful and kind.
Breakfast was good, not much of the option but fresh omelette was amazing. worst thing about restaurant was IBTISAM, she is so rude, evil and takes customers for granted. I'd say she is racist, i have noticed her talking to very nicely with few europeans, may be she is obsessed with them. we hated her during our stay. Bottom line is HOTEL AND ALL STAFF WAS EXCELLENT WITH ENLISH PLUS POINT. But IBTISAM is the black mark on hotel, Owner should remove her.

Great all round, staff couldn't have been better...a special thanks for Kaoutar, from Front Office, she is amazing !... Rooms are lovely and restaurants and bars were all great too. ...will definitely come back

3 all rooms are in high condition an lux.

Very nice hotel for a good price. Personel are kind people. Breakfast wasn't that great. But the rest is. And also the hammam is very good.

I was staying here at the Imperial Hotel Casablanca. It was one of my happiest days. Everything was at the level of services, reception and al lstaff.

Great hotel with history. Tremendous art deco building from the 1930's (former Shell office building). Excellent location.

The hotel have a perfect behaviour vor , The administration So kind, helpfull, many thanks for all of them.

As for imperial hotel it is among the best hotels in Casablanca in terms of services and good reception and the quality of the rooms
