Kenzi Tower Hotel

In the center of the Casablanca.
Very nice hotel with great spa.
They have indoor pool and quite good gym.
Breakfast is really good so as dinner.
One huge problem is elevator.
You can wait for it couple of minutes and there are no buttons inside.

The location and room decoration are good, but the wait time for check-in is too long. The TV stations are all TVs that can only be understood by locals. As foreign tourists, we cannot enjoy any TV services. In addition, the TV screen frequently goes black. The restaurants were closed and the overall experience was average.

The lobby is very welcoming and clean. Zineb made some excellent drinks while we waited in the bar and was incredibly friendly and attentive! One of the best cocktails I’ve had in a bit

This is not my first time at Kezi Tower & it will not be the last for sure. The hospitality and the location is on another level. Their breakfast on the second floor is fantastic, the quality of the food is very good. I have been served by Mohammed and his colleagues, they were very professional and humble

The hotel location is great in the middle of downtown, Near to corniche only 5 min by taxi, and all the hotel crew is friendly and helpful and the mangers KHALIL and AKLY is wonderful person also the guest relation her Name Tag is SANAA she is helpful and nice personality. I recommend the hotel if you want to go walking around and enjoy the stay .

My stay at Kenzi Hotel in Casablanca was exceptional. The services were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The astonishing views of the city added magic to my stay. The energetic ambiance and professional staff made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for a remarkable visit.

God willing, my stay in Kenzi Tower was excellent, especially the restaurant, and there were young men and women with the highest morals, especially the chef who was in charge of preparing the fattening, sister Siham, sister Asmaa, brother Suhail, chef Nour El-Din, and sister Sakina, who were in charge of the comfort of the restaurant’s visitors, and a thousand thanks for their service.

By far, THEE best hotel I've stayed at in my 30-odd years of travelling, whether for work or pleasure. In this case, it was for work, which made their incredible service and kindness all the most welcome. We were a huge group of about 50 people and it seemed not to phase the staff.
On our arrival, they were 100% ready for us. Literally everybody from the reception staff to the security staff to the housekeepers were efficient, relentlessly helpful, kind and absolutely professional. It says a lot about an establishment when the consistency is seamless across all departments.
The rooms are beautiful with a touch of class. The hotel is located next to a mall and perfectly central to the city.
Finally, the breakfast was like nothing I've ever seen in my life before. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, and the best part was the breakfast. Chef Siham made me some of the best Moroccan pancakes (Msaman).
It’s a great place where you can try local foods with western touch.
