Kenzi Basma Hotel

Comfortable hotel, I intend to relax there when I arrive in Casablanca and before ending my trip the next day befor transferring to the airport f, or continuing to Marrakesh when clients have to finish in Marrakesh, rooms are comfortable, service is good, parking is available. Very clean and warm bed but the best is Anas who welcomed us very well..

Karima and Yasin are amazing. The customer service was fantastic. The hotel is clean and lovely with massive beds. Great location. Massive range of stuff fir breakfast. Really happy

First a good location in down town surronding the buildings of 1930 and 1940 with art décoration. Walking distance to the old part of town. 15 mn from the Hassan 2 mosque. Next to tram way station.a. Good accommodation. Nice view regarding thé Hassan 2 mosque

I had a 4 night stay at Kenzi Basma in mid-November and had an overall great experience! Staff was very polite and attentive. The room service/food was excellent. I had a conference nearby and it was a quick 4 minute walk from the hotel which made it very convenient. I was able to request airport pick up and drop off through the hotel for a reasonable fee. I had a lovely balcony view of the Hassan II Mosque from my room.

My family and i are really happy to have chosen this hotel, i really hope to come back the next year.

Location is very good, you can see the ocean from room, hotel is across the sea beach nice views. Room was kind of small.. But overall good location and good hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay, inside everything seemed to be clean. The style of the hotel was cozy and the staff was professional and accommodating to our requests. Our rooms looked beautiful and the beds were well made. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The location is within walking distance of the centre. But there is also street noise. The breakfast was quite good. It cost 120 MAD. Just make sure if it is included in your reservation or not.
There is no water in the rooms but you can request it directly via phone. Also, I paid extra tax when I checked out. In general, my experience was good at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2018. I did not post any review but whoever I had to talk to about my trip, I had for sure mentioned how happy I was with my stay. In fact, I found accidently this hotel downtown Casablanca. My first reservation at a different place went wrong and I had to find quickly for at least one night one/two rooms that are available as we were a family of 5. I am glad I found this hotel! Rooms were great, service was excellent, breakfast great, free and available parking and downtown at walking distance. So instead of one night, we stayed a second one. And also we had made a reserve for 2 nights at Kenzi Menara (Marrakech). And that one too was also great. Alhamdulillah! Thumbs up to all your teams. Oh by the way, if I have to go back, this hotel would on top of my list...

I had a very pleasant experience overall at the Kenzi Basma. The location is perfect, the staff is polite and helpful, the food is nice, and my room was comfy and clean. Special mention to the great view from my balcony over all of Casablanca and the sea.

Nice centrally located hotel that was pretty clean and well kept together. Staff were sweet and accommodating.

Great location, 15 minutes walking for Casa Port Trajn Station, 4 minutes walking to old Médina. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We were given a room on the 6th floor with view to Hassan Mosque II! Breakfast is good! Would come again!!
