Essaouira Lodge

What a fantastic stay. My family and I stayed for 6 weeks at the lodge and we would do it again in a flash. The inland location is protected from the wind, the pool is stunning and the staff are fantastic. The shuttle bus gave us independence to get in and out of town. The bus times were fine, we just adapted our day to suit the times. Three of us need to work and the WiFi was mostly ok, occasional drop outs but not too much of a problem. We stayed in a 2 bed house with an apartment upstairs. It was essentially a detached 3 bed house with its own garden and large living space. I’ve seen some reviews about rooms being dark or needing a refresh and I understand that, but given the amazing space you get I think it is great value. The food is great. The buffet was my favourite, amazing salads and hot food options.

And finally, the staff were brilliant. Daily housekeeping, friendly reception and a special shout out to our sons ‘best friend’ moukhless!

We will stay again.

Amazing place a little of the beaten track but a little gem when you find it. Food amazing, small villas amazing staff 100% we enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend to any family.

Excellent lodge with very nice gardens and heated pools. Staff very kind and capable. Frequency of shuttle to town very good too!

Myself and my wife booked this hotel for 8 nights and ended up extending our booking to 16 nights! The individual villas are built to a very high standard and the whole atmosphere of the place and the gardens and the flowers and plants mean it's incredibly tranquil and relaxing.

The swimming pool is a really good size and we spent a lot of time hanging out around the swimming pool and relaxing. The shuttle bus service was excellent, meaning that we could be outside of central Essaouira and going in and returning pretty much whenever we wanted. We were extremely happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main city. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. It was just a pleasure to stay there!

Staying here is the true meaning of affordable luxury!

Essaouira Lodge provides the best accommodations for the price. My family and I stayed in an apartment. My children loved the heated pool, my wife loved the personal yoga session (which costs extra of course, but only a little). We’ll be back for sure. This is not in town, but they do provide transportation to town. We love it!

Best and most amazing place to stay in Essaouira... An oasis of calm. The manageress Layla is just the most perfect hostess and made our stay simply unforgettable... Splash out on a villa with private pool... well worth every penny 5star++++ 👍🙏👌♥

Little gems of essaouira !!! I love it !!! Everyone are extremly nice. Always here to help you with a smile !!!is clean , the food at the restaurant is modern with a twist of morrocan spices and traditions . I ask to have my Landry done,wish was very rapidly done . the swimming pool was heated ( that very nice when we was coming back after 8pm ) is a very quiete and relaxing environement .
I will like to say a big thank u for making my visit a wonderful experience. I will defently recommends to go. And I will return for sure. Again thank u to the 2 beautifuls receptionist , the maintenance guy, the cleaners , and the team of the kitchen and waiters as well .u was all wonderfull!!!!! Xx

Food was excellent, surroundings wonderful. We visited for the day including buffet lunch and use of the pool for £24pp. Great value.

Great place to stay. Not easy access but well worth the detour !
