I have been several times a hertz client. And almost every time been very satisfied with this car rental brand. We book our car from italy and when we come here as our model was not available, a very kind assistant give us a higher class model at no extra cost. Car was clean and above our expectation. It was a diesel one, with very little consumption, and this helped a lot as we drive for more than three thousands kilometres in marocco

Hertz employees were very quick and helpful with our rental while on vacation! We would definitely rent from them again.

We are completely satisfied with our experience with Hertz at Casablanca Airport. I mistakenly booked our car for the day that we departed home, not the day that we arrive in Morocco. This meant our car was gone but the Hertz staff were very accommodating and provided us with a similar car that met our needs well.

I think everything went very well from the pick up to the delivery of the vehicule.

The only thing I didn't like and wasn't told is that they took a 2,500$ CAD deposit on my Credit Card and held it for 3 weeks- just got it released now... wish they would be transparent about it in the future.

Don't go somewhere else. Quick service, responsive, best cars an clean. And nice team! Customer service for changes or any other question is very good! I fully recommand Hertz!

Very uncomplicated. Even if cars aren't available online anymore, I could simply reserve one via WhatsApp and pick it up at Casablanca airport. Very friendly and uncomplicated service and good prices.

I always trust Hertz because I know that I'll have a trouble free rental. The only thing that suprised me in Casablanca Airport Hertz office is that I couldn't make an on-line reservation, because my early return flight forced me to return the car at 5:30

Had a great experience using Hertz at CMN (Casablanca) airport. Great customer service and made the process very simple and quick to be on our way for our drive from Casablanca to Marrakech. Would recommend and will be using Hertz again when visiting Morocco.
