Golden Gym Rabat

Great gym with most of the facilities and equipment you'd need. The biggest miss is they don't have an unassisted squat rack with safeties, but other than that, it's well equipped. Definitely on the smaller side, but even during peak hours I never felt overwhelmed or wanting for space. Good airflow for a small space, too. Highly recommend.

The famous franchise of gyms with videos of the greatest bodybuilder of all times training in it Arnold Shwarzinegger. Golden Gym of Rabat provides mutiservices: Aqua Gym (swiming pool), open space for bodybuilding, courses of African Dance.... The materiel in this gym is professional and very rare in other gyms.

I stayed in Rabat for 3 weeks and managed to agree a good price to use this gym. It's got pretty much everything you need and as a non-muslim woman I didn't feel too uncomfortable working out in there. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
