It’s a pleasure for me to find Marciano’s garage on google. I grew up on the same road and durning my childhood I walked passed every single day and it was particularly special due to its tidiness and the type of cars I saw there durning 18 years, I realized when I went abroad to study in the US and the UK what this garage is about. Excellent Mr Marciano I will pop in one day to say hi as you always waived at me when I was a school student and greeted me.

I had very bad experience regarding communication and organization. Marciano exceeded the agreed dates by several weeks (despite written communication on Whatsapp, personal meetings and telephone calls), although the dates were agreed a month and a half in advance. The quality of the work was okay. Now, after one year, rust is starting to appear. I will never go there again. Several friends of mine have also experienced that communicating and scheduling appointments with Marciano is extremely exhausting and difficult. Marciano is rude and unreliable in this regard.

I will not go there again because he is rude and it is too difficult to communicate with him to organise something.

Diagnostic des plus simplistes avant de voir et d'essayer le véhicule : il faut changer la pièce de rechange. Promesse de réparer avec une marque premium, il esquive subtilement à la demande de devis avant d'entamer la réparation. Il finit par utiliser une marque ordinaire et vous facture la pièce 40% plus cher que le magasin d'à côté et la main d'œuvre de son mécanicien deux fois plus cher que chez Toyota . En plus, refuse de vous fournir la facture du débours et également la facture de sa prestation.
On a l'impression que le gars veut se battre et non vendre un service, il se plaint de tout. J'y suis allé puisque un ami me l'a recommandé, tandis qu'un autre me l'avait pourtant déconseillé. Qualité à valider avec l'utilisation.
Je viens de lire les avis et la plupart sont négatifs. Les avis positifs ont l'air truqués, juste une notation et pas de commentaires 🙄
