This is a must see in Tangier!
Especially the spot where you can see the water from the cave, also views outside the cave are beautiful!
It’s 60 dirham per person, and you can you park your car on the street!

Such a great experience and our guide Nabil and Hicham were fantastic! We paid ahead and were able to avoid the line to go right in.
Hicham took lots of pictures for us so we didn’t have to ask anyone else.
The cave is based off of Hercules legend and the view of the Mediterranean Sea is gorgeous! Definitely a must see.

For tourist but a great quick experience, 30 minutes, you can pay a local 2-3 Euro to tell you the details on a quick 10 minute walk through the cave. Excellent touristy trinkets at shops. Quick food drink available too.

Remarkable and very interesting place. My guests who saw it for the first time were truly amazed! The cave with a natural window to the ocean is something really great❣

A great place to see, i’ve already been in there, this time i went on the afternoon and it wasn’t that great, there was a lot of people that we had to wait so much in line.
It’s better if you go there in the morning.

A fantastic cave experience with scenic views of the ocean! The caves are easy to access and no hiking is required to get to the caves. The route to the cave is easy to find and the tickets are not very expensive. There is a part of the cave that looks like a map of Africa and is a nice place for some good photos. There was no explanation about the history / significance caves inside the cave. About 30-40 mins should be enough to see the different parts of the cave as it is not very big. Taxis are available near the cave but be careful about the prices they charge. Always a good idea to open the calculator and ask them to show the amount they will charge for a ride to avoid confusion.

I loved this place as a child and it will never grow old for me. It's a must see in Tangier. They've really cleaned it up and done it up so there's no more walking up the rocks to stand in the silhouette unfortunately (which is probably the safer thing to do). The kids loved the idea of being in a cave and the water was pristine.
There are no more monkeys to greet at the door which is great and there's an additional cultural section that has been added where gnaouis were playing live music.

It was a great experience to visit the cave, it's so beautiful. The cave it's self you can visit in 20 minutes. Outside the cave is another cave. It looks like a shop. As you walk in, it's full of magnificent items. There was a Moroccan band playing traditional music, which made it more magical. Everywhere you looked, there was something great to see. I would definitely recommend a visit here. We made some lovely memories visiting.

Hercules Cave in Morocco offers a captivating travel experience. Nestled along the scenic Atlantic coastline, the cave's entrance, resembling the map of Africa, serves as an intriguing introduction. As you venture inside, the play of sunlight on the rock formations creates a magical ambiance, making it a photographer's delight. The cave's historical significance tied to Hercules adds a layer of mystique to the visit. While it might not demand an extended stay, the combination of cultural richness and breathtaking coastal views makes Hercules Cave a must-see destination for those exploring Morocco's diverse attractions.

Haven't visited Hercules cave as it was closed at sunset but got amazing sunset pictures from the cave you can access just outside of Hercules cave.
First you have to park around the roundabout with "the mirage" we park on the street but there were only few spaces. There is a paying carpark opposite the street parking. You ll be done in less than 1h unless you want to stop at the restaurants/cafés that are on the square. It's a 5min walk down. We arrived at 8pm because I wanted to be there for sunset, shops were closing (it was early June, so out of season) but there were many people still fishing and watching sunset. On the left side, after a bench, I had to climb a bit to access a couple of small caves. And it's FREE.

Super cool spot.
Feels like you can come there for an hour or spend a whole day wondering these ancient caves. View is impeccable, air is nice and crispy and the cave formation is a wonderous feeling in itself.
Visit this place if you are close by and enjoy what it has to offer.

Place was not as busy as it gets on a weekends, better to have your own/rent transportation, taxis can take u there and back for a decent price. It costed us 2 about 90 dhs ( 10 US$) from center of the city and u can use the tour bus also for almost the same price.

It's a beautiful place to see. The only thing that bothered me was foreigners have to pay $6 locals pay $2. It should be free since it is God given to us. Also it's only open till 530pm.
