Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa

Hicham was lovely and tended to our housekeeping needs. All of the staff were very helpful and we were so welcomed throughout our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel with incredible facilities, the breakfast and dinner is exquisite and my husband and I have felt so relaxed, at home, and at ease during our stay. We will definitely return on a warmer month, as it’s been colder for February but nevertheless we have enjoyed our stay!

Naoual was great as well everyone there. Love the evening buffet. Special thanks to restaurant managers for accommodating my husband allergies. Delicious breakfast and just general all the food. From the moment you step in at reception you feel very valued and happy to be here. Definitely this is my favourite hilton.

Great family hotel, staff were very nice and friendly, breakfast was on point. A special thanks to Khawla for taking good care of us at the reception when checking in, she even noticed that it was my mates birthday when we handed over our passports so she went the extra mile by sending a birthday cake 🎂to our room which was a very kind gesture from her plus we arrived few hours earlier then our check-in time, and she checked us in early instead of making us wait around 10/10 for service, rest of the staff are friendly kind and very helpful, the bedroom were very comfortable and clean, @ team Hilton keep up the great work.

This is my first time in Morocco and I am so happy of my hotel choice. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. The food is great. The spa is wonderful and Imane is the best masseuse hands down. I received my very first Hamman massage and she was spot on with everything. Assurance and reassurance. Just enough pressure and scrubbing. Making sure I was comfortable. I love it! I will return.

The most beautiful Hilton Hotel ever! Amazing architecture and grounds and private beach! Our 2 bedroom apartment is wonderfully appointed with a fantastic balcony and view of the ocean. The breakfast and staff were also wonderful and accommodated every request.

I think the person who rated it with a 1 star must've confused this resort with somewhere else.

Khadijah was very accommodating and professional. I lost my luggage and she was so willing to assist me with getting me toileries . The services were exceptional. Every one was very nice.

Excellent place .. beautiful and clean. .. just the location for the winter season is not ideal. Because you do not have much to do there ..
I didn't like the buffet dinner.. a lot of food but not good .. the chef needs to work on seasoning.

A stunning ambience and a great place near the ocean. The People are really nice and helpful. Great food and drinks. We had a nice room in front of the ocean with a great view.

Our children want us to go back again. We stay 6 day when Halloween happens they have a party for the kids, and they love it. Kids club and game room so helpful for entertainment the children. I just wish the PlayStation it working and the cinema is happening every evening and you might be selling popcorn 🍿, sweets, ice cream, juice and soft drinks for children's at the bar maybe😊.

Restaurant buffet delicious breakfast fresh Juice with own selection amazing. The chefs are very helpful and friendly. My boy like seeing the chefsperformr when they cook pasta 😃. my favourite person at dinner buffet is
*Hiba chadid* she so smiling and friendly we very much like her service ⭐.
Don't forget to book your spa. We love the menu they offer. one of my favourite people at Spa is *Mega* she have strong hands ☺

The reason I have given this resort five stars is Meryeme at the front desk. She went above and beyond for me. As a Diamond Tier, I knew I would get an upgrade if possible. I asked if there might be a room with a tiny view of the ocean and Meryeme found us a room with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. Then we mentioned when making a dinner reservation that it was to celebrate my birthday. On the day of my birthday, we toured Chefchaouen and returned to find a lovely birthday surprise in our room. All thanks to Meryeme! It was the kindest gesture I've ever experience in a hotel/resort.
Beyond that, the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating at breakfast, the spa was great, the concierge a bit gruff, the buffet dinner not so special, the l'Olivier Restaurant - food, hostess, and staff was wonderful, and the hotel itself was lovely.

Where do we start🤔? First of all, staff are amazing, every and each one of them is asking you if you need anything and if you’re satisfied, they all wanna make sure that you’re at the utmost comfort during your stay. Food is fabulous, the beach is amazing with security and privacy. The swimming pool is outstanding. Not to mention the cleanness and spacious rooms. A little bit far from the city, but I would say it’s a typical destination for a piece of mind and enjoyment away from city crowds. They deserve more than 5 stars

Incredible service at the restauran. Was treated with respect and ate delicious food. Honorable mentions to Ibtissame El Jazouli, Jalal Zamrou, Mehdi Boutrike, and Mouataz. Absolutey recommend staying in this impeccable hotel, and while you are here make sure to try its restaurant whose service and food are on a whole new level.

We stayed here for 2 nights during a long weekend with our baby girl. Great accommodations, nicely laid out against the ocean. The breakfast and dinner buffet options were absolutely spectacular - you might think ~$37 for dinner buffet is a bit much, but worth every penny. Rooms were OK, with a great tub. Maybe could have been cleaned a little bit better. Easy parking right outside. Great pools and the beach is incredible - very wide with soft sands to play around in. Maybe a few times the service was a bit clumsy, for example when I was promised another coffee that just wouldn't ever come. Wonderfully decorated building with plenty of seating areas around the property.

My recent stay at Hilton Houara was exceptional, largely thanks to Mehdi, Jalal Zmarou and Moaataz for their great hospitality. From a warm welcome to insightful local tips, their dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. Their efficiency and friendly demeanor added a personal touch, making my stay memorable. Combined with the hotel's excellent amenities and prime location, I highly recommend Hilton Houara for a top-notch experience.

The hotel is gorgeous with an view from almost every room. The staff is 5 star. The Feast of Ramadan was so inviting and made to order. Live local music and atmosphere. Might be the most unique vacation ever. Can't wait to return. We learned so much the staff about local customs and food
Grounds are pristine with a beautiful beach and two cobalt blue pools. Wow!
