Sheraton Casablanca Hotel & Towers

Very nice rooms. Great breakfast. We had a technology conference here. No power issues! And we use a lot of people. Audio visual systems work well. Support staff from the hotel was always present. Catered to our guest. Easy check in check out. Amazing pastries for breakouts and breakfast. Really have with the overall experience.

I attended a press conference at this hotel and the conference rooms where great and the staff very welcoming.
The decorations are very prestigious and you can enjoy the different services that the hotel has to offer.
There are a lot of areas where you can relax and all the ground floor is a smoking are.
There are different restaurants and coffee shops. The prices are a little bit expensive as you can expect from a five star hotel but there are still worth it.
The food and the beverage served during the press conference where of very high quality and the quantity was more than sufficient.
I will update this review as soon as I get the chance to explore this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and well located. The staff was welcoming since day 1 and very helpful specially in the outlets. The food was delicious and there was a variety of dishes. The breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed my drink at the patio bar. I enjoyed my stay and i recommend this hotel!

Not a fan of American hotels when I go abroad but reservations were made by a friend who was traveling with me. The room was comfy. The staff were accommodating. The concierge was even good about recommending a few restaurants in the area. It's nice as far as a western feel goes.

Good views from higher floors, spacious room and bathroom. Food at breakfast is really tasty. SPA center and hammam are fantastic.
Very very friendly staff at the breakfast restaurant. They were alway smiling. They ask the guests if they need anything with prompt service.
Check in and check out staff were also very friendly.

The staff was very warm. We lost what should never be lost abroad. The staff helped us recover it from the room after we had checked out. They promptly got on the phone with us, and called back after having found our lost item.

The hotel is comfortable but time will need a modern upgrade. Aziz, the front desk manager on the day of our arrival, was excellent... Accommodated us and was very pleasant. Muhammed, the gentleman who brought up our bags, was gracious and helpful... He even removed the wrapping from our bags. Breakfast was good and the staff there were friendly and helpful. All in all, a good hotel experience. A less than 5 minor walk to the Old Madinah.

Very nice hotel in Casablanca. Staff very friendly and prepared. Hotel guests also very friendly. Very good breakfast selection and opening at 630am perfect on time...the brad was so fresh loke just baked from the oven...a place to stay in future...well done to management

Enjoyed my stay. Nice king room. Good location for walking around. Club lounge for breakfast was good. Glad to have the Sheraton option now as a Marriott member.

Nice hotel, the staff (especially the front desk) are the best part of it. The club is over priced and sooooo empty, I do not recommend it. The Japanese bar/restaurant (2nd floor) is about the same, and the smell of cigarettes can be annoying. The Moroccan restaurant (2nd floor) was better. There is also another terrasse restaurant, and bar near the lobby. Overall, you might be better of looking for food elsewhere in a local restaurant.

The people at the front desk are awesome and they speak good English. The water pressure is amazing in the shower. Service at Cas Bar on on the 1st floor is awesome. Thank you Ahmed for everything.

Very good hotel for the price, location perfect, only has issues with elevators pretty often, so be ready to rush a few stairs up if you need something quick. Lack of English speakers mostly French or Arabic from staff side.

Beautiful hotel featuring several restaurant options, helpful staff and a good location near the Casa Port Gare. The concierge at the hotel is incredibly generous in any arrangements you may need. Mostapha is a member of the Les Clefs d’Or, recognized by the golden crossed keys on his lapel.

One of the best hotels. During my stay there, I enjoyed a variety of delicious food and the Moroccan hospitality.

Very pleased with my stay, reception was kind, accommodations were clean, and good was excellent.
