موظف الي علي الباب خلوق جدا الله يعطيه صحه وحتي موظفه الي كتسجل بيانتك قمه في اخلاق ولكن خاصكم تزيدو موظفين باش نفتح حساب مشيت شي 3 مرات ورجعت بسباب زحام وسيرفيس معطل بزااف كنتمني انكم تزيدو موظفين باش الخدمه تكون اسرع . وشكرا

Service trop saturé et comme toujours la réception n'est pas vraiment professionnel à un point que pour voir le gestionnaire de compte aumoins chaque client passe 1h30min pour être reçu vraiment c'est pénible dans ce service.

90% of the time "the system is down" . The waiting time for the simplest services is very high. Employees smoke right next to the entrance .I happened to witness an employee mock a client after they left I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

The employees thier they are not capable and qualified to serve the client they are so low and they waist time talking with thier colleagues and they let the client wait under the sun whitout apologize.
