As a foreign tourist, I am very impressed by this national monument, especially since it was financed by donations from Latvians. I liked the information available everywhere in English, along with maps, and the beautiful view of the castle ruins.

Nice place to visit, €2 Parking.
Beautiful lake tour with the boat 7 minute walk from the car park.
Walking paths around the place to see places, Carts available to rent for family to save walk.
Will suggest not to buy coffee from the cafe as that was a disaster experience. Overall beautiful place to see

Nice place to go for a walk, cheap entrance and you can rent an electric vehicle to drive around and check stuff around. Was a bit windy in autumn but with right clothes its fine

Amazing place with history and meaning. Very important for Latvian people. Also the nature is incredible there.

Lovely memorial park I'd highly recommend going too. Take some time for a stroll and take in the history and atmosphere.

Also please don't forget to visit the nearby town of Koknese while you are here!

God place for peace full walking. Dogs are allowed. Before entering cashier explains the best and fastest route for exploring everything in garden.👍

We hiked from church to Likteņdārzs and it was very nice. Beautiful nature. Could be more trash containers available but other than that beautiful place to visit. Playground for kids .

A must see, if you are in the neighbourhood. The arena is impressive, as wel as the view over the river Daugava.
