Valguma World / Barefoot trail

Great place to spend a half of the day outside with friends and family. Trail is human made with a multiple obstacles to walk barefoot and get your wellbeing stable.:)
We got under a rain while walking on a trail but even that did not made our adventure to stop. My 6 years old was exploring and enjoying it so much that we all couldn’t just stop and go back!
Highly recommend if you in an area. Something unusual and new- feet massage and walking surrounded by native smells and vibes…
Price is 8€ for adult and 1-2 for kids, depending on age, that makes a total price pretty substantial for a whole family just for a half of the day adventure.

Great experience.
Owners let us in 1 hour after the closing time and we could slowly enjoy the trail with kids.

Amazing trail which combines beauty of Latvian nature and some obstacles to overcome. We have visited this place with kids, but adult was excited as well!

Great attraction! About 3 km of intensive massage for your feet. It’s more about the length of the trail not every single cobblestone or pine cone or gravel track. We took a bit over two hours going through the trail with a two year old boy.
Entrance fee was 8 € per adult.

It's truly an incredible spot to assess your foot sensitivity. You'll encounter diverse terrains of varying difficulty levels, although they aren't too challenging. On average, it takes around 40 minutes to complete the course at a leisurely pace.

To be honest didn’t know what to expect but just a barefoot walking, it turnout to be much more than that. My feet got to explore more texture, grounds and sensations. The whole park and trails was a great experience, fun and interesting. It may hurt some in some part of the trail but I had a great sleep that night. Thumbs up!

About one kilometer trail with different surfaces. If you have kids older than 4 they will definitely make it with you, but I saw people with 3yo's too.
On the barefoot trail you can spend 1-1.5 hours. When you make it thru the route you're able to wash/cool your feet with cold water.
There are also ART-route which we not tried.

Fun place to have a walk with barefoot. Great emotions and experience. Nice nature. There is also here a small hotel and a restaurant. There are also places for a picnic. Not so many people now.

This was our second time in this unusual and great place. Enjoyed fully walking bare foot on trail for almost 3 km - stones, wood, sand, mud, water and more - all under your feet. Nice cafe after walk with snacks and soft drinks - all in the same area. Only be ready to start walk before trail - parking is on the road, so, in good weather days plenty of cars and people

Great experience! A lot of diferent surfaces you can walk and feel. Even more challenge when they are wet after the rain. Great feeling , then you can put on your shoes after these 3km🙂

We came there every year included babies. Beautiful Latvian nature provides rest and relaxation in forest. Barefoot Path 2.6km, has also activities for children, board games, meditation labyrinth, bike paths, bird-watching and more

Very nice and a good tourism spot. Not many people, the prices are also quite good

Exciting way to spend an afternoon, or even a whole day. My 6 years old was so excited and even 1 years old had some adventures. Check if the food is available, as off season it may be better to take something with you.

A very unusual experience! The whole family liked it, even the young children. Definitely worth a visit! 🙂 There are a art path, also interesting to visit.

Such a cool place! It does hurt your toes, but that's the amazing part. Most hurtfull part was the lily pads... It burns the toes, you could say!

Loved this place, full of nature and rooms are huge and comfortable. Overlooking a lake was just amazing. The people were very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back!

Really grate place where to stay a couple days. All around the Hotel, you will can find a lot of interesting things to do with children's. We love it
