Everything was good and tasty, sushi, salad, main course. It took a half an hour to get our order, probably that's because there was a banquet on second floor...

The food is simply delicious. They cook it fresh, so it takes some waiting when it gets busy there. There is a small slide, a swing, and a sandbox outside, which really helps when waiting with little kids.
The food is affordable, the atmosphere is nice, the staff is wonderful.

Good place for a quick lunch. Nothing fancy, but the quality is good enough for a casual visit and a standard kitchen. And the prices are absolutely adequate. The place is frequently used for events and weddings.

Greatest little restaurant in Ikšķile. Good food at affordable prices. Just be mindful that in weekends and special dates and holidays it might take a while to get served.

About Ikšķile
Town in Latvia

Ikšķile is a town in Latvia, in Ogre Municipality. It was the first capital of the Roman Catholic Bishopric of Livonia, known by the German name of Üxküll. Saint Meinhard was the first bishop of Üxküll. In 1197, Berthold of Hanover, a Cistercian abbot of Loccum, was made the second bishop of Üxküll. Those days the town was the center of the upcoming crusading activities in the Livonian area. Bishop Berthold moved the episcopal see to Riga, before being killed by the Livs in battle. source
