Very nice place for a retreat away from the city, yet not too far away to get here fast. The food is absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Ilze (I hope I got it right) , the director of this place, who arranged a late lunch for 2 tired travellers even though the whole place was booked for some corporate event! 🙏It was very kind, thank you.

Wonderfull place, every1 is super pelite, food is just awwwsooooome. Corner 4 kids.
-rooms have non sound isolation, but if you just looking place to crush, its fine.

We celebrated our wedding there (total ~25 people) and could not have been happier with our choice. The place, the food, the service - everything was just the way we wanted. The windmill excursion with pie baking was a nice entertainment for our guests before we arrived and the sauna and jacuzzi was a perfect way to finish the long night. Sincere thanks to the Rožmalas team. Definitely recommended.

A wonderful place to stay( cozy rooms, comfortable beds, clean and quiet environment). And the food is very good.

Beautiful place, well maintained and clean. Nice rooms, great food, nice and professional staff. As a guest is also possible to visit the windmill, which is part of Latvian heritage according to some indication.
The parking is very large, so there is no risk of having no space.
There is also a garden with a playground for children, as well as a smaller playground indoor I believe, so if you travel with children this can be a huge benefit to keep them entertained.
Wifi is not ultra-fast and signal can be weak in some parts of the hotel, but I got connection more or less all the time. Is an excellent place to stop if you are driving on what they call the via Baltica, and you want to avoid entering cities.
Last thing, for a place like this the hotel price is really fair. The beds and comfortable and is very quiet, you can have a really good sleep.

Rožmalas is a great place with an amazing atmosphere. All the staff were super friendly and we would like to say a big thank you to a girl who works in the restaurant/is responsible for hospitality side of the hotel as she made us feel very welcome and showed us around the hotel. The food is also great with lots of options, but the sauna is probably my favourite part about this hotel. We rented it for 1h for a very affordable price and it was all to ourselves. We will be back!

I really like the location, interior and premises. Was there twice and will be happy to return! Friendly staff, nice view out of the window, bath in the room and delicious meals in the restaurant. Highly recommend also visiting spa complex. We booked it for a private visit and spent 1h in sauna and jacuzzi. Great experience, thank you!

Lovely wooden hotel built of wood for all lovers of authentic traditional Latvian ambient. Hotel is located only 50 meters from the main road connecting Riga and Vilnius (Kaunas) and fully equipped to meet the needs of tourists. In a garden you'll enjoy peace, quiet and green environment. Wooden hotel is perfect place for all generations! At the reception you can buy many traditional Latvian handmade goodies, like cookies, soaps, perfumes, etc. Staff is super nice and helpful and happy to talk to strangers :) A huge recommendation!

A wonderful place to relax if you come by car from Bulgaria and travel to Turku-Finland. For people who do not insist on luxury. Near the road with convenient parking. Huge rooms. Good service.

Good price/quality balance. Excellent stop en route from/to Riga-Vilnius if you have children, especially in summers. Has a nice children's play corner inside (not a common perk in Latvian restaurants).

We had our lunch stop here which was great. We had amazing fish with red sauce and grilled vegetables, a very kind staff and alcohol free cocktails

Very nice place, good kitchen. Girls from Bauska will appreciate it for one night relationship. (I have not tried the bed, so please tell me is it soft or hard)

Big clean apartment. Nice design. Polite personel.
Heating and ventilation was good. No noice. We slept very well!
