Amazing place to find good gifts for your loved ones but for me it was very pricy.

Lots of variety in both men and women clothing. They regularly have discounts!

It’s very luxurious and pleasant.The staff members did an outstanding work,they do their best to help people and gave the best product/advice.The gallery has everything it has candy/makeup/clothes/accessories….

Really good selection of brands for him n her. Managed to get a few bargains as sale was on with up to 50% off. Staff were very helpful and friendly (with one exception), and no problems communicating.

Very nice Lafayette Galerie built on 5 floors. You will find parfum, make up articles, clothes, bags, shoes and household articles. Very friendly staff

Hello. It is a very good shop. There are many luxury marks of clothes there. Many bags and accessories.

I did not care about shopping (sorry, Lafayette), but the rooftop was great!

I enjoyed shopping for skin care products here , the variety is available and good deals during seasons . You can find estee lauder, clarins, to name a few skin care brands in this shopping mall

The shopping mall is spacious with elegant dresses all around. Each and Every section is being well maintained. The staff are friendly.
Since I have no idea whether photography of the Mall is acceptable or not , I haven't clicked any pics. I was impressed mainly by the detailed sections of all the departments in the store.

It was a VERY pleasant surprise to see this grand mall in Luxembourg Center City where nothing like this existed the last time I was here 2 years ago. The anchor site is a French Department store. Quite awesome. Walking distance to hundreds of stores and eateries. Highly recommended.

Same standart as in other european cities

Let me share some good and bad points about Lafayette.
To start of with the bad points:

- the shop lacks a proper nice ambiance, they should hire more people to do proper decoration

- inconsistent treatment by Lafayette staff; you either get attended by a very attentive one or a very indifferent/rude one

- not everyone speaks english and this can result in very awkward situations

Good points:

- Lafayette definitely enriches the shopping experience in Luxembourg as it has a wide range of choices available in one spot

- some staff are very nice; i had to buy some perfume and was helped by a very nice, competent and professional lady who really put in alot of effort to help me and with a great smile! Also i liked it she spoke perfect English as this is definitely not always the case in other Luxembourgish shops. Don’t know her name but i think she said she had some cuban roots and she was so convincing that i made a Fidelity card with her :) they should hire more people like her as the staff makes or breaks a shop

Every time I went and whatever the goods I enquired about or eventually purchased, I found the service impeccable! Not to be missed when visiting the city center

I was visiting Luxembourg and I must say it is has a breathing landscape.
So I was entering the shopping mall and coincidentally I noticed the Christian Dior Privee Collection. As I approached the Scents Monsieur Matten came up to me and offered his help. I mearly described what I was looking for and in an instant he nearly showed me the entire collection.
He also "mixed" some of the scents together and I was very impressed!
We talked for almost 30 minutes and during the entire sales advice he was very professional and I was feeling comfortable and perfectly welcomed!
As a result it was no surprise that I purchased 2 wonderful recommended scents.
I will definitely contact him for more fragrances!
