Mega gudden Service

Orderd a spalding backpack which was out of order but on the site was still available i wrote an email i got an anwer about pick another brand or refund the money wanted to get back the money that was 2 months ago.Tried to call them its imposibble to talk with anyone...

Ordered a Spalding basketball Warm Up on the 09/11/2022. No news until early December when I called to have a follow up.. delivery of the product 2 days later, the 09/12/2022.
But I received another brand, “Peak” instead of “Spalding”, and a long sleeve instead of a shirt. they clearly advertise the wrong brand on their website and send you another one.

I contacted the customer service, but I never got a response. Tried to call but no answer too.
