My wife and I bought our new phones there yesterday and profited from the service to have our data moved from our old phones to the new ones. The vendor was very forthcoming, friendly and competent, he also spoke Luxembourgish fluently which is an asset for us! A 40 Euro fee that was well invested - saved us a LOT of time and unnecessary worries as we are both borderline technophobes when it comes to setting up new devices!

Je me suis rendu en magasin cette semaine avec l'idée d'acheter un Macbook Air nouvelle génération , tout en sachant que je ne m'y connais absolument pas en ordinateur... Et bien je suis tombé sur un vendeur qui a parfaitement cerné mes besoins, il m'a plutôt dirigé vers un Macbook pro 14 pouces qui était plus adapté à mon utilisation.

Nous avions acheté un MacBook Pro dans une enseigne très connue. Ayant un problème nous nous sommes rendus où nous l'avions acheté mais expertise et service font manifestement défaut à cet endroit. Lineheart Belval étant juste à côté nous avons tenté le coup. Et magie : accueil super sympa et compétence professionnelle ont résolu notre soucis en quelques clics. Merci à eux ! Un dernier conseil : envie d'acheter du matériel Mac ? Allez chez des pros plutôt que chez des revendeurs apprenti-sorciers.
