Chez Jimmy - Restaurant Ethiopien

A beautiful family owned restaurant in Luxembourg.
They have put so much heart into the decor that I love it. The food is yummy if you like Ethiopian food. I’d just advise you to call them before you go to make sure they’re open though.

Delicious food for an affordable price. The food is so good you will want to keep eating it forever and you can, because the portions are huge. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and speaks French, German and English. The restaurant has a very cosy authentic atmosphere.

Great food! The staff are very friendly. A full recommendation for an intimate dinner for two, or a large get-together with friends.

I cannot praise this place enough. We tried it once and now are hooked on to it! Amazing food, amazing service and warm environment! Please do try this place!

We were pleasantly surprised by this Ethyopian restautent in a small town. Ee were with our grandsons of 16 and 19. They loved the experience. The restaurant has a nice setting. You can sit at regular tables or small chairs and table that looks like Ethyopian. The food is served in one large plate for everyone and you eat with your hands using some sort of pancakes. The food is not complex and it is juicy. You can choose spicy or not. The spicy food was really nice. We had chicken, lamb, beef, and fish. All delicious. The service was fast and very friendly. The price was low. The food and drink for four of us was only 60 Euro!! All in all, a very nice experience.

Just before they closed this afternoon, we ordered a quick meal for lunch.
It was superb. Very good food (and loads), friendly personnel.
I'd go again any time.

It is a perfect place

Le restaurant est vraiment sympa, stylé avec les couleurs, les motifs et les objets traditionnels ethiopiens. La nourriture est très bonne et pas chère.
En plus il faut savoir que le restaurant fait parti d'un projet sociale - au premier étage c'est un foyer pour les réfugiés. Ça vaut vraiment la peine d'y aller pour une expérience originale et pour soutenir une bonne cause... Je recommande vivement !

Leckeres (meist scharfes) Essen der anderen Art. Mit Hand essen und auch das Restaurant ist mit eher schön gestalteten Hockern statt Stühlen und kleinem tiefen Tisch Ethiopien angepasst. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren erstaunt in dieser Gegend einen Äthiopier zu finden. Wir haben reserviert, als wir gekommen sind, war geschlossen, nach längerer Suche( hinterm Haus) haben wir jemanden gefunden. Die Köchin sagte, die Chefin ist krank, dann hat sie nur für uns geöffnet spontan und netterweise. Sie war sehr nett. Innen ist Sehr schön eingerichtet und die Köchin hat in erstaunlicher Zeit injera und 4 Gerichte zubereitet.
Es hat sehr authentisch geschmeckt wie in Äthiopien und wir haben riesige Mengen gegessen:) der Kaffee war der Hammer wie in Äthiopien. Danke für das Erlebnis wir werden das nicht vergessen.

Verirable atmosphère africaine, haut niveau de cuisine à des prix plus que raisonnables. Plats préparés soigneusement. Courtoisie.
