Had a very nice experience there.
Located on the road to ambewela farm. They have plenty of strawberry desert options include cheesecakes, sundaes filled with juicy strawberries bathed with ice cream and chocolate syrup.

The service is good. Police service, No issues to complain first they take the order and after its ready they are calling to come and collect. Plus they have coffee options as well

I would say the prices were also reasonable.
So overall experience was good

During a long weekend, we patiently queued up for our order, enduring the wait. However, the value and satisfaction we received in return made it worthwhile.

One of my favourite spots in Nuwaraeliya for a dozen of sweetness. Efficient staff. Yummy yummy food. Jagro Mess, cheesecake, and waffles are must tries. They have opened a small area of the farm for customers to check how strawberries are grown. A must visit place..!!

Fantastic experience, eating strawberries and cream, just like a moment out of a fairytale. The strawberries were tangy and sweet, the hot chocolate genuinely hot and genuinely bitter-sweet, the melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake... I could go on and on. Would have loved to see more of the topping.

Rustic atmosphere, foggy and wonderful!!! It is being in that moment that counts. A place for kids and chocolate and strawberry-loving adults alike!

This is a nice strawberry farm maintained by Jagro.

During the peak days there will be a long queue to order the food. However the wait is worth as they serve fresh strawberries and you have many options to choose from.

A visit to the fark will be ideal during the afternoon (right after lunch) and in the same route you can visit Ambewela farms as well.

Prices are also quite reasonable for the big portions they serve.

Simply Strawberries by Jagro in Ambewala is heaven for strawberry lovers! The view is amazing, like seriously breathtaking mountains and greenery.

I tried:

Strawberry Topping & Ice Cream (Lkr 650): Sweet and refreshing, perfect summer treat.
Fresh Strawberry Juice (Large - Lkr 850): Natural and a bit tangy, not for everyone but still good.
Strawberry Sundae (Lkr 1,100): Decadent and super sweet, perfect for sugar cravings.

Prices are a bit higher than Sen Horti, but the view, service, and fresh ingredients make it worth it. Parking is good-sized but can get muddy sometimes. I'd definitely go back!

Went to grab some fresh strawberrys but there was only the cut fruits to serve but we experienced some freshly made strawberry snacks and cheesecake was my favourite

Good food and drinks. Great views and atmosphere. It takes a while to get your order since there are a lot of customers but it's a place to visit if you are ever around the Nuwareliya area.

A very good place and you can have true and nice experience with a good strawberry 🍓 dish in a cold weather. They have good variety of dishes and you can buy good quality strawberries, jam etc. Located on the way to Ambewela farm, so you can definitely have 2 in one go. :-)

First thing, if you hope to go there, see you can see ‘the farm’. It’s completely wrong. They don’t give access to the farm now. Secondly, I will share my experience with you. We all know that Jagro products are very fresh and their desserts have good taste. I give these 4 stars for that and their hard-working staff members. (Not for management) I went there on a long weekend. So there are so many customers and I wait more than 1 hour in the line to give my order. If you order fresh farm products (strawberries and jam bottles), you need to wait in the same line and you can get that product from the order place(same place), and you order desserts if you need to wait for the line and also want to wait for the pickup place until they call your bill number. I think if you need to order strawberries and jam bottles, you should not go there. Because you can buy these products at supermarkets islandwide for the same price. Hell yeah...prices are the same.😅 So don’t waste your time and fuel. And if you don’t like to wait in line, then this place will be so awful for you with our horrible-mannered people. Some people escaped line and got ordered before the people waited. And you can simply go to their other outlet (Colombo or Galle Fort). You can have a great experience. And when we talked about the taste of their products, it was amazing. I ordered a Berries Cup and a chocolate sandwich with strawberries for dessert. They have an amazing taste. And I have tasted it before in Colombo, so it tastes the same. And I suggest Jagro Management. Please could you have 3 Order Placements counters for Takeaway Dine-in and Fresh Products. Then places will be more efficient. If you cannot do that, at least get a guard for your long line. I think every customer would like to taste your amazing desserts. But with that bad customer service, I saw a lot of customers waiting in the line for a few minutes and leaving the line. So please save your customers time.

One of the best place in Sri Lanka to have farm grown strawberries. Several products including ice cream, jams, cakes and puddings available for purchase. Have both dine in items and take aways items. Price ranges between 1000-2000 SLR. But the portion size and taste are pretty good for the value.
