One Of The Most Eye Lock Palace Is Ambewela Raliway. It's the nearest rail station to Ambewela New Zealand farm.

Ambewela Railway Station has become popular due to its location on the route to the Horton Plains National Park & its close vicinity to the Highland Milk factory. This station has the basic facilities and with the mist, it creates a perfect sight for a ghost story. The station is equally used by the local community as well as the tourists.

I went this place on 2023.05.14. This was family trip. This place was very cold. Superb place.

This is the 65 railway station on the upcountry mainline railway track situated at 221.495 km away from the Colombo Fort station bearing altitude of 1827.77 meters above the mean Sea level. Highland and Ambewela Milk factories are nearby. Greenery environment and fresh cold air adds a different mental and physical feeling.

Good place. you can wait sometime there and get fresh. The Station master and the crew are very friendly. You can visit the beautiful farm near the station.

Ambewela railway station is the 2nd highest railway station in Sri Lanka with an elevation of 1827.77m. Located in  Nuwara Eliya district in the Central province on the Main Line between Nanuoya and Perakumpura railway stations.The station was opened in 1893.
