Very very nice place to stay.. very kind and good customer service by Lawrence. He is the owner of the Hotel. Very clean place with delicious indian food. Calm and awesome atmosphere. Very close to railway station too. Lawrence has a sound knowledge about birds. Highly recommend this superb place for everyone. 👍👍

The rooms are basic but were clean. The price charged is very reasonable and reflects what’s on offer. FYI You need to bring your own towels, toilet paper etc. The owner Lawrence was very accommodative and the food was out of this world and very reasonably priced. For birders the location is very good and I would stay there again.

We stay at Four Tees when we are in mannar. Lawrence, the owner manager is always at hand. I choose Four Tees for these four reasons. First the personalized service, second, the homemade food, third his knowledge of birding and fourth the tranquility of four tees

Located just opposite it to (less than 5 meters) Thoodaveli railway station, this place is covered with green all around. They have both Single/Double/Family rooms with A/C and Non AC. Food is amazingly delicious and thank to their own little chef Chooty. Charges are very reasonable. If your in to bird watching and nature, your first approach would be Mr. Lawrence, he knows everything. Highly recommended place.

Four Teess Rest Inn is a fine place to stay. I was worried about being so far from town because of my habit of needing food. You can take breakfast, lunch and dinner here all reasonable priced and very tasty.
Dinners were always a mix up of different foods and curries. Purified water is available on site.
There is a Tuk Tuk available for the day with a driver. He will take you around to see the tourist sites. There is also Mr. Lawrence the owner, who can take you to see all the many birds available in the area. Mr. Lawrence is the real reason you stay at his Inn. He is a wealth of information on the birds is eager to share with his guests.
Update on the rooms, the distant rooms have AC now if you need it. Ceiling fan and mosquito nets are in the room and make it just right.
The Inn is located just across the street from the Thoddaveli Railway Station.
Google maps at times will not remember the inn but will remember the Railway Station.
WiFi is available in the dining hall.

One of the best places to stay during a visit to mannar, in-front of thoddaveli railway station. There is a good parking space within the premises. It has a large dining area where around 50 people can dine once. There are AC and Non AC rooms and can request according to your need. Staff is really helpful and can speak english well. They serve meals at a reasonable price. Recommend with 5 stars.

Not a star luxury hotel. But a nice place for nature lovers. Near by to the beach. New rooms are in good condition. Non A/C rooms. Tasty food. Natural envirenment.

i have been visiting since 2011 during birding season and i have stayed over 50 times i guess. Mr Lawrence's frindly service and the food never disappoints me too

Very nice place with homely environment. Excellent food and wonderful hospitality. If you want a he like feel, this is the place to be.

Best place to stay if you are coming to Mannar for bird watching , Mr Lawrence runs are place with lot of care and always there to help

This is not a luxury hotel , but they are giving a great service for customers. Best rice and curry menu I ever had, highly recommended.

மன்னருக்கு பலதடவை சென்றுள்ளேன் சாப்பாடு கடைக்கு சென்றால் fried rice விட்டால் வேறை ஒண்டும் இல்லை, இந்த Four Teess Rest Inn தான் முதற் தடவை சப்படு ஒண்டு சாப்பிட்டு இருக்கிறேன். சாப்பாடு வீட்டு சப்படுமாதிரி .தங்கும் அறைகள் பரவாயில்லை. புகையிரத நிலையத்துக்கு பக்கத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது. வாகனத்தரிப்பிடமும் உள்ளது
