I am single parent who living in NZ. I gave a design of the pendant with the chain to be made by this jeweller. My cousin did asked if it is possible to be made from them . They said definitely possible. When they gave the jewellery it was not even close to the design I gave.

They sent me little square box. not even close to what I designed.
It was a joke. They did not give a receipt ether.

I needed to pay another 50,000 to melt and make the gold pendant just as I designed in Lalitha's Jewellery in colombo.

I called and asked them to pay for their mistake but they refused. Instead they wanted me to send back to them so they will rectify.

Could I trust them? Never. You should have principles and higher integrity in a persons workmanship.

Never ever trust them to honest and ethical people.
