Jetwing Jaffna

Visited Jetwing Jaffna in April 2024 with family. Great hospitality from the hotel staff. The rooms were very spacious and clean with comfort at maximum. The food was delicious with authentic Jaffna food. The chefs were so friendly. Loved the amazing stay. Would recommend as the best place to stay when visiting Jaffna.

Located in the heart of Jaffna town, this is the best hotel in town. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The rooms were nicely decorated but lacked a view. Would've also preferred armchairs instead of the stools they gave.

It's one of the best hotels in Jaffna, most probably the best.. Their cuisine is really authentic to Jaffna and some of India as well, and they taste really good. The rooms are really comfy and a bit spacious. Overall, all is up to a standard. I would really recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay. Most importantly, the staff is really friendly.

We didn't stay at the Jetwing but went for a drink on the rooftop bar, which is a great place to see the sunset. The price of Lion beer is good, but watch out they add 10% service charge and 28% taxes to the bill, but this is clearly stated on the menu, even so it's a reasonable price. We also stayed for an evening meal. The Chicken tikka masala, vegetable rice and butter Naan were delicious, the bottle of red South African wine was, good too. The staff were very pleasant and the service was good, if not a little fast for our liking, as we wanted to while away the evening. All in all a great night out with excellent food. The buffet looked good too, may be next time.

This was our 5th Jetwing hotel experience and as always it didn't disappoint us. The highlight of the hotel was the food. We stayed for 2 nights and could experience both the buffet and a la carte. Both were splendid. There was not a large variety in the buffet but it was more than enough. It should be specially mentioned that each and every food item was delicious which makes it one of the best Jetwing buffets. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with everything here at Jetwing Jaffna. A special shoutout to Kogulan , Jokin and Sangeeth anna. They made us feel like we were Home . Kept checking on us daily when we met for breakfast and Dinner . This is one of our most favourite experience in Sri Lanka.

They had an amazing spread of food and a variety everyday - and it was fresh and very tasty .

The rooms were very clean and we had a good time there. Will definitely go back to Jetwing Jaffna .

The place is within the Jaffna city and walkabout distance from many of the places. The rooms are compact but cozy and the staff members are very helpful. Best place to stay in Jaffna with great buffet options. Highly recommended!

Had a very pleasant stay at Jetwing Jaffna. The restaurant is probably the highlight - food was great and the ambience elevated the experienced. Room was comfortable and allowed for a good rest. Rooftop bar provides some nice views, but in terms of vibes not many people were using it at night.

Friendly staff at the bar made us nice mojitos after a long commute from Ella to Jaffna. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Spoke with some good people. 👍🏿

Perfect hotel for Indians service at its best daily appam and dosa and stringhoppers in their breakfast menu nice roof top bar .The manager gokulan and Sangeet in restaurant doing wonderful service asking each and every table the requirements and without hesitation serve what we ask some exclusive items like curd many times and special while rice they cooked for us.The location is the best point.Reception staff are so warm whatever service u ask like booking a car or exchange place they happily do it immediately

The buffet dinner was nice, we had about 24 people in our group and they accommodated us very easily.

It is a good hotel , but for a 5 star hotel I can suggest to more attention for the towels for a triple room we get 2 big towels , no hand towels at all !
