Royal BBQ and Biryani Route 66

Its really nice to have a bbq joint in this area. I tried chicken shawarma, chicken koththu and chicken sub. Shawarma was the best out of 3. Love the filling. Submarine I like to have more mayo and sauces. In koththu I had generous amount of chicken pieces (which is really good) but they feel dry. Generally love to the food. But like to have more juicy more flavourful chicken from them. Prices are little bit high but with the current situation can't complain. Will visit again

Route 66 has the most delicious and unique food. The cheese kottu I had was the best. They have very good desserts especially their rolled ice cream. Staff was very friendly. The place is beautiful and colourful. We had a great time 👍🏼

A good place to have some Submarines and Burgers. Enjoyed the Rolled Ice Cream which is new to Kandy in my view. They have a good menu and the staff is also friendly. It was bit difficult to find the café initially as it was not visible to the main road. It is on the small lane near Dominos. You can watch how they prepare Rolled Ice Cream. Good place.

The best place in town for the best cuisine. Has a variety of selections that suit one's tastebuds. If you are from kandy or you happen to be here, Route66 is not a place that you should miss out. I've been coming here since the time they've opened and I will keep on coming here till the rest of my life, one cause I love food two cause the place is awesome. Do not miss out on Route66 if you haven't tried having something here go now you would have a blast to Kingdom come.

A great place to have grilled / bbq chocken and biriyani. Serves delicious food. The place is calm and clean. Service is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices and highly recommended to have meals.

Located at the Kotugodella Street, we had a great experience. The menu is simply awesome from different types of Rice and Pastas to Drinks and Milkshakes to Rolled Ice Creams. The quality of food and taste is absolutely amazing. Anyone roaming around Kandy town must visit to this place and try out their food, Friendly staff members and a great service. Highly recommend.

A great place to have experience on burgers 🍔, submarines, rolled ice cream 🍨 in kandy. Ice cream is one of the best in town. Freshly prepared and delicious 😋. Overall it’s a good place to dine in.

I went few months ago in my Kandy tour and we will tried their ice cream kottu and beverages!! I loved their concept and friendly customer service. Prices reasonable and taste average.

Very chic and cozy place to eat. The ambiance is very calm and a perfect place for a date. The food served is very good, tastes awesome and is served hot. The drinks taste awesome as well . Will definitely keep going back. As a plus the prices are super affordable compared to some other places.

There is a small white Board pointing into an alleyway where this place is located. It is located in just 10 meters away from the main road, hidden from the busy city street. As you enter the restaurant you do forget that you are literally in the of the city. We ordered the Death by brownie and it was an awesome Brownie Milkshake. Chicken Nasi-goreng was quite impressive while my wife ordered a Paneer Biriyani which she loved. We treated ourselves with they special rolled ice cream. Our pick were 2 Oreo Cookie Monsters which were very delicious. Definitely worth a visit as you won’t find such a place with there varieties else where in Kandy. Thumbs up guys for the good work.

We found this place on google maps, and went to try it. Staff recomended "Cheese Kottu" and we were more than happy. It's chicken vegetable dish covered with cheese sauce, just a bit spicy but suprisingly good and tasty!

Situated just behind Domino's, awesome place to dine in. They do have Rolled Ice Creams, Milkshakes as well as Burgers etc. Definitely Recommended.

Had wonderful experience visiting this place. The Chicken Nasi Goreng which I ordered was simply awesome, my gfs Chicken Bologonse was magnificant as well. Ice creams are a must try.

Only had the chance to have a rolled ice cream. It was delicious and tasted fresh. They serve lunch and dinner as well. The staff was friendly and said that they make ice cream from scratch themselves.

Had a nice meal for a reasonable price. A peaceful place but it tends to get crowded with teenagers. Ambiance is good.

Amazing brunches. Little bit cosy though. You can had different type of foods such as americano, italian and Chinese. Choclate milkshake is the best!!

Best place to have BBQ in Kandy. Mostly opened in evening and night. They offer burgers and many more delicious foods. Dine-in, Take away also available and they offer Pick Me food and Uber eats services. I strongly recommend thier full BBQ pack with four Naan Rotti. But I cannot recommend thier soft drinks since it's a bit expensive. Also the customer service could be improved.
