When I went there today, a young female officer greeted me with the warmest smile and explained things well to me. She kept on smiling and gave me a great service. I told her that she gave a good service but I'm not sure if she understood.

I wasn't sure if I was in a government office anymore because she was so polite and professional at the same time.

I wish all government workers would be like her and I hope she keeps up her positive attitude in the workplace. Great job!
