It is a very good place to stay. There is a lake in front so the surrounding environment is very breathtaking. You can watch the sunrise in the morning while staying here. 🌻

Comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient staff. Calm and beautiful environment. Excellent location for office outing as well as family outing. Many places of attraction in close proximity. Buddangala, Senanayake Samudraya, Arugambe are few. Reasonable rates and good food.
Early morning seen over the lake is a must to see. So pleasing.

The rooms, food and service were all great. They were beyond the expectations. The staff were courteous and keen to cater to guests' needs.

Hotel owner Mr. Wajira was also really helpful throughout the journey. He was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

If anyone plan to go on a trip to ampara and looking for a resort to stay, Rajawewa resort is the best resort to stay. Clean & comfortable rooms, delicious foods and spectacular view of the lake made this resort memorable experience to me. Friendly service and reasonable prices are commendable. I highly recommend this place.

I have been here few times. Though it's not a star rated establishment it's a quite comfy place to stay in Ampara. It's closer to the town but away from all the clutter overlooking a Rajawewa tank. It's well maintained.

Though rooms are tend to be bit smaller they are quite good and clean. Apart from the very basic amenities you get a TV and air conditioning. Washrooms are clean and well maintained (One of the biggest worries in some places). With all those aspects the room prices are very reasonable.

The restaurant, though not very sophisticated, provides good selection of local food including popular Chinese foods. The food might not be the best in class but quite good and happy with it.

The resort does not have a large staff but they provide a good service. The manager is very friendly and was very helpful in selecting a room for our needs.

Overall I am very happy with the place. I'll definitely return in future.

Really nice calm place with scenaric lake Infront of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is really friendly and helpful even they have less staff. Hotel owner Mr. Wajira is really helpful throughout the journey. Foods also delicious and we can order what we want. Kids also enjoyed at hotel. This is highly recommended place when you visit Ampara

This is my second time visiting this resort. They’ve renovated the resort and there’s a new luxury type room in rooftop with the spectacular view of the lake. I’m very impressed with their new appearance. Those who are looking for a calm place with reasonable prices to stay in Ampara I highly recommend this resort.

Nice Place for a Night Stay. Picturesque view of the front Lake. Affordable Accomadations and Very close to the city of Ampara. Could find major food Stalls nearby for any food needs.
