Very inefficient and extremely slow. No customer care what so ever. Go there only you have no other option. They can waste hours without any hesitation.

This is the worst bank one can think of. (2nd place goes to the peoples' bank -KCC branch) They r a bunch of sloths on sarees. No custemer care at all. Worst attitude. Dont know how a human can be such inefficient, and stupid.

Worst bank and Worst mangement i complained several times about this careless services of bank members at KCC Nsb branch to Central Bank also. Must change the mangement also. Continually experienced this. Talentless worst team

පාරිභෝගික සේවාව ඉතාම පහත් තත්වයේ තියෙන චාටර්ම බ්‍රාන්ච් එකක්. චෙක් එකක් realize කරවන්ඩ දවස් තුනක් යනවා..... ඉතාම අකාර්යක්ෂම සේවකයන් පිරිසක් ඉන්නේ..... මේ අම්මන්ඩිලා විශේෂයෙන්ම හරිම කම්මැලියි.... අනිත් ළමයින්ට වැඩක් කරන්න දෙන්නෙත් නෑ..... ෆයිල් එකක් දුන්නොත් නැති කරගන්නවා.... සති ගණන් හොයනවා.... මොන ජීවිත ගත කරන එවුන් ද කියලා හිතාගන්ඩ බෑ.....
