Friendly staff, Reasonable price. You can talk to the crew and get the best advice on vehicle issues. A simple problem is that they do not give a single notice to check if the vehicle has been ready to pick.

I had my car scanned there and had A/C system repaired. The crew is very qualified for what they do and since they specialize in Toyota vehicles.
There is a canteen and a rest room for the clients.
If it is possible, Try to take your vehicle on a weekday then you can get it done faster.

This is the best Toyota service station I come across.(eve though they’re dealers in service) good well educated staff work round the clock. No significant waiting time. Very responsive and able to find faults correctly.
They don’t connect to the Toyota Lanka main system so they cannot access to our previous records. Sometimes if you get regular service done this place ,Toyota Lanka will not accept as company maintenance. As they are of dealers not only Toyota other brand also accepts for maintenance.
Really appreciate their work and there are things to be upgraded like waiting area , wash room and the canteen.

If you know little about your vehicle they will explain everything in detail.
For the parts, you have the freedom to bring any brand to fixed to your car but they will not give warranty if not genuine Toyota.
They rarely make mistakes but once they did so, they did came to my house and rectified it for free of charge with an apologize.
Real genuine stuff, both technically and humanely.
Labor charges are little to high side but worth every rupee.
Tip - Since they are agents of Toyota, always compare part prices with market as you will save some Rupees for sure.

This is not a branch of Toyota Lanka but an authorised dealer and service atation of Toyota Lanka. Recommended place for servocing Toyota vehicles. Technicians have a good knowledge and expirence with maintenence and repair of Toyota vehicle. Bit expensive compared to the other service facilities near Kurunegala area. Prebooking may be needed since this is always crowded. Closed on sundays
