It was a welcome sight to see the Damro tea showroom and though we are acquainted with the tea gardens in Assam and Darjeeling we were pleasantly impressed by Damro tea showroom which in every way is a five star affair.The various tea were on display and small groups were led into the bulk packaging plant.The process were explained and it gave an insight into tea making operations
The ant was neat clean and was efficiently managed with minimum workforce .There is a showroom and one could buy the type one prefers and the Orange Pekoe from Ceylon is considered one of the finest teas in the world in its own categorry

Good customer service. It has a big carpark in basement floor. It has 5 levels with basement car park. In ground level it has ornaments, electric-items, plastic items, kitchenware, metres etc. specially they have a good collection of ceramic ornaments. I haven’t seen such kind of collection anywhere in Kandy. On 1 st floor it has furniture, 2nd bedroom furniture 3rd office furniture and 4th clothing shop which is called Diligence. In diligence it has a good collection of clothing for good price.

Very spaces place... Ambient parking slot... So many day today essential can be find in this store... Many variety of Beds, Sofas can be found in this super store... There are lot of electrical items can be found in this showroom...Friendly staff... Good environment... Customers can choose by their own as per their wish... A+++++++++ 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Our experience at the store was great. Special thanks to Mr.Anura who took time in selecting the perfect furinture items and beds and colour matched them with our needs. We wanted the furniture in quick time, they usually take a processing time, but Mr Anura was very enthusiastic in work and arranged the furniture items way before the due date.

I'm delighted to rate Damro Showroom in Kandy with 5 stars! My recent visit to purchase an office chair was a success. Compared to other furniture stores, their extensive collection truly stood out.
The added benefit of free same-day delivery to my doorstep was a fantastic perk.
The only drawback is its distance from Kandy town.
Nonetheless, the quality and selection make it a top choice for furniture shopping!

Best after sales service I have ever experienced in my life. There was an issue in my television which was purchased from them after two years. Due to my busy schedule it was very difficult to arrange a service session and Mr. Malaka who work at Damro workshop was very flexible and completed my service adjusting according to my busy schedule. Highly recommend this place to buy your house hold items.

Wow wow wow! The neat arrangement and the floor separation for each categories will make much easier to observe and find stuffs u need! And the after sale service! No words! Onliest place that u give 100% true after sales service! They even do transport even for warranty claims 100% free and take good care of it! Even if they failed to repair, unlike other stores, they will replace u a brand-new one! After i chose damro, i never went for an another store to purchase my housing accessories.

And their clothing store situated at yhe top of the building is excellent. Can experience a peaceful shopping and can buy quality clothings from there. A place where you can select various types of furniture and electrical appliances. They will deliver items you ordered in to your door steps and will do the assembling once they deliver without any additional charge. Will receive a good warranty period but don't worry, all the goods are more than expected quality. You gonna need their assistance if you want to move your furniture from one place to another with some additional charge. Really good after sale service.
