I had the worst bank experience ever at this branch. They informed me that my credit card had arrived and could be collected at the Peradeniya branch two weeks ago. However, when I went to collect it today, they kept passing me from branch to branch to get the verification documents. It's frustrating that, in this digital era, they couldn't transfer the documents within an hour. My entire time was wasted, and they asked me to come back again. They showed no consideration for how their customers feel with such time wastage. The bank staff's behavior was the worst I've ever encountered. It's a shame!
