Kind staff - my colleague forgot his airpods there and when we returned, they still had them stored in a safe place. Kudos for honesty and kindness!

Nice but a bit expensive.

They claimed it is halal and I acknowledged and tried the beef+lamb kebab skewer with rice. Green salad was also nice.

I didn't like the Turkish coffee, maybe it is just me.

One of the waitresses helped me top up my SIM card and helped me to call taxi (my first day in kazakhstan)- great customer service.

We lived in Atyrau for 2 years and loved Sancak!!! The staff were very friendly to our family and always welcoming with a smile and small talk. The food was amazing always....loved their lentil soup, bread, fish dishes and all.of their grilled shashlyk (kebabs). Highly recommend!!!!

Get there early and you get a better selection of food. We both enjoyed our meals and the service was good. It is a very popular restaurant.

This restaurant is so good. Fresh ingredients, gilmire, straight forward food. Kabobs, soups, fresh salads, fresh vegetables, fresh bread, fresh service. Please visit. Cafeteria style, order at counter.

Great restaurant, best service in Atyrau. Best food in the city. Real life saver, if you do not cook. Feel home, enjoy the food there.

Best meal in Atyrau... fast service... hostess speaks English, Turkish, Russian and Kazakh.... recommend spiced kabob
