Rixos Guest Relation team is absolutely great cooperative team that can make any of your dreams comes true, very special thanks to all the team, i won't mention names otherwise i will forget someone.

Lezzet Restaurant, is providing very delicious food, very polite waiter, officiant, and very clean, specifically i would like to say great thanks to "Zhanaiym" for her fantastic service.

I read a lot of reviews before coming, and to be clear if you understand that is seasonal hotel you will love it. Perfect place to spend summer days. We stay 3 nights and 4 days and with all inclusive ( even aqua park and amusement park) you will not need to go out of hotel. Will say that I love it. Food is like all inclusive hotel that's mean quantity, and taking in account that how far are from quality products, they made good efforts and works.
You will enjoy the time. Only avoid 2 things, cold weather and overcrowded month to enjoy it.

Really nice place. Large clean rooms with a huge king bed. The pools was quite busy but this is to be expected during peak holiday season.

Many bars spread around the resort ensures you will never be left thirsty. Serving many cocktails. Recommendation to the resort will be to have a cocktail menu at the bars, this will make it easier for guests to choose.

Sometimes when the wind blows the wrong direction there is a slight industrial smell but this is of no fault of the resort and didn't take away from it being a nice getaway as it only happened once or twice during our stay of 5 days.

I love this hotel best experience for family trip specially when you have young children they do lots of show and entertainments for them meanwhile polite and kind Personnel🇮🇷🇮🇷🇮🇷

My stay at this beautiful hotel was beyond amazing. I enjoyed a lot and did not notice how my 10 days went . I want to specially notice the Restaurant Team and Anjana Spa Team . I’m thankful that I choose this hotel to stay. Great staff , always ready to help and trying to make remarkable service all the time . I’m looking forward to come back again in the summer

Outstanding place, was expecting less from Aktau. Tidy rooms, decent food and staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful.

You don't have to go to Turkey or other countries, because here in Rixos Water World Aktau have everything what you need. E.g. I'm visited Anjana Spa center, procedures very amazing, I'll recommend massage from Fariza and Gulzhan.
